This location is dead to me. The last 3 times I been here the service has been lousy. Why would tonight be any different? I ordered 3 trays. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the order was correct. The double burger was smushed so bad the bun was in pieces. The 2 severely burnt patties and 1 piece of lettuce didn’t make it any more appetizing. As much as I hate to say it usually the bigger chains have better consistency and better service. Home of the bopper is right there and you’d think cookout would want to keep their customers from going there but… Adiós

Take out doesn’t get any better !!! They have a great menu to choose from. $ 4.99 buys a ¼ pound burger, chicken wrap, onion rings and a coke float. Who would have thought you could get all that. Wish I would have found it sooner.

Who said the only good barbecue is slow cooked? This place was fast, hot, and terrific! A good diverse menu for all ages. My 4 star rating was for 2 reasons: #1. If you order one of their delicious(5 star) shakes, bring a wide straw with you. #2. You won’t get 1x, 2x, or 3x reward points from this facility. You gotta leave the Amex in the wallet. –Geradú

Where else can you pay $ 6.07 for a burger, fries, a milkshake and quesadillas? That is pretty amazing when you stop to ponder. I added a star for value. The food itself is decent, but not 4 star worthy. Burger is pretty average. Fries have a little extra pep in their step with the Cajun seasoning. The banana peanut butter shake was a showstopper, however. It was creamy, but had the perfect chunks of banana and peanuts. Mmmmm! I’d go back just for a shake.

This is a drive through or carry out restaurant only. It has a fairly extensive menu, low prices, and is super fast. That being said, the food is really good, as well. I mean really good. Compared to most other places that offer quick dining or fast food, Cook-Out’s food tastes like the Chez Paul. Their burgers are always hot, very juicy, and flavorful. Their chicken sandwiches(at least the grilled ones– especially Cajun style) are also amazing. Great quesadillas, great milkshakes(egg nog is good but so is the watermelon shake), fantastic Cheerwine floats too. When I need to get something takeout and feel in the mood to splurge on burgers and shakes, I go to Cookout. I’ve never had bad food from them. BTW, order a Cajun wrap, a huge burger with cheese, and a beef quesadilla– you’ll be full but it will change your life. Dang, now I’m craving Cookout…

This place by far has the best fast food for the best value for the best price. Get the cookout tray and mix and match their menu to your heart’s content.

Okay — one word — Milkshakes… This is primarily why I go to Cook Out. I have admittedly not tried the burgers. The barbeque sandwiches are okay. My favorite is a Cook Out tray with a BBQ chicken sandwich(charbroiled with a pickle on top), side of onion rings, side of cole slaw(pretty good slaw). Instead of a soda you can substitue any flavor milkshake for an extra dollar. Okay, so back to milkshakes. Chocolate banana(with fresh banana) = awesome, Egg Nog in December(would like to fill a kiddie pool and drink the whole thing), Peach(seasonal), Mocha = keep’em coming — was accidentally given one with Heath Bar blended up=yummy mishap. Yes, they are about $ 3 a pop, but very addictive, and in my opinion worth the do re mi.
