The best Thai food in Vermont!!! Neo is the best hands down. Never been disappointed and we always get the best service there.

What a pleasant surprise! I haven’t loved the Thai food experiences I’ve had since moving back to Vermont, but Bangkok Minute did not disappoint! My friend and I split egg rolls and calamari, which were both delicious, and I really enjoyed my Masaman Curry with chicken, and had leftovers for lunch the next day. The service was great, and I dug the atmosphere too, looking forward to trying it again!

I’ve eaten at this establishment a few times now and ordered something different every time. The owner is always such a pleasure you speak with me and will offer any advice on selection. Food is cooked to. oerfe tion every time. Would recommend this place to anyone!

— I give this restaurant 5 stars for the effort. 1 cook, 1 server but the food came out VERY tasty and certainly felt authentic. I walked here from my hotel. I was greeted with a smile and chose to sit outside. The waitress was very timely and made sure I had everything I wanted. The Chicken Sa-​Tae came out very tasty. My Chicken Pad Thai was also very good. I would’ve liked a little more chicken in it, but me understanding the Taiwanese culture, the noodles combined with meats were designed to stretch meals. They weren’t supposed to be crammed with meat. Awesome quaint restaurant. I didn’t try and of their drinks though.

I love this place … It’s a restaurant that I stop in at when working in the area and always look to go back. They have a nice diversity of authentic dishes. Service is fast and friendly. My favorite menu item is actually a sweet treat — their mango sticky rice. Give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to eat in the Burlington area. The food, drinks, and service are always excellent! The atmosphere is comfortable, cozy, and clean; the deck out front offers outdoor dining and fantastic sunset views (in warmer months).
The owners and all staff are always very friendly, recognize frequent customers, their favorite menu items, and make you feel welcome every time you go. The food is superior to the other Thai restaurants in the area.
From the appetizer menu, the Chicken Satay and Pot Stickers are delicious. The House Sauce that comes with the Pot Stickers is beyond amazing – I wish the owners would sell it for home cooking – it’s so good I could eat it by the spoonful!
I’ve tried many dishes from the dinner menu – all are very good – my favorite is the Kee Mao (available with different proteins and spiciness). Every variation is delicious!
Ordering take-​away is equally good – always hot, fresh, and tasty!
The seasonal drink menu is very good and creative – Neo takes an active interest in his customers’ opinions of newly created drinks. The Winter 2016 Drink Menu is fantastic!
I’ve been a repeat diner at Bangkok Minute for over three years and have always had a very, very good experience every time! There’s something for everyone, from mild to spicy, and everything is of the highest quality

Neo and Aom, the owners, are two of the nicest people around. We had dinner there last night and all 4 of us greatly enjoyed our meals. The presentations were enticing and the dishes were all delicious. Portion sizes are very ample especially considering the prices. The Ga Pow at $ 10.95 is one of the best deals around. They have a full bar which includes some creative cocktails. A great evening from start to finish!

Pass. Appetizers were gross. Pad Thai came with the wrong meat and was pretty sub-​par. Atmosphere was nice. Maybe they make some things well. I won’t be back to find out. Maybe you’ll do better.

I didn’t see anything wrong with the food we ordered. The food is good not too far from the authentic Thai food and that’s a. Approved!

Appetizer of steamed dumplings was great. The «chef’s special“‘of crispy chicken was pretty much inedible. Chicken was so thin and the frying process just made it chewy and stringy. I’ve always had a good meals here in the past. This was a huge disappointment. In their favor, they did take the meal off the bill hence the 3 stars.

To be avoided… Food was «ok» not great. Ordered the Pad See Ew and received something with the wrong noodle. Over charged. I recommend sticking with Tiny Thai or Honey Thai restaurants…
