By far the best Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters location — it puts all other locations to shame. Perfect drinks made every time. Special directions for food and drink items always followed. Somewhat pricey but that’s what local businesses cost.

The best place for coffee, tea, fresh squeezed juice and breakfast! Don’t blink or you might miss it! I have been going here for years, every time I visit. My parents live up the hill, so we get to walk down the hill and enjoy some fresh coffee and a treat! The owner is super friendly and helpful. The shop is supper clean and inviting. We always have the best customer service experience, even the people who stop in are super friendly and polite. I have watched Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters grow from a small coffee shop with a few choices on their menu to many choices from coffee to fresh squeezed juice, breakfast sandwiches and SOMANY delicious baked goods. Their bakes goods change from day to day, so you always have choices. It’s that what life is all about? Chose something different each time you go in. My favorite are the cookies and cinnamon rolls.

I always make a stop here every time I am out this way in western Ma. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and everything I’ve ordered, whether its food or drinks is always great. I bought some coffee to bring back home with me the last time I was there to hold me over. Cant wait to visit again next time I am in the area!

What a great little coffee shop on the Mohawk Trail! This past weekend I stopped in at this Shelburne Roasters instead of the shop in Greenfield. The store itself is larger and the staff here makes you feel at home which is a great change from going to a larger coffee chain. They also have an incredible selection of breakfast foods including phenomenal sandwiches, and the coffee here is flavorful. The only minor inconvenience about this location is that the ordering area is small which makes waiting in line tough. That being said, I will definitely be back in the future.

I stop in on my way to and from snowboarding at Mount Snow, every time I go. Coming from Seattle(where there is a coffeeshop on every corner) I know my coffee, and SFCR is at the top of the game! They roast their own beans, which isnt common in the area. The First Light roast is my personal favorite. The breakfast sandwiches are the bomb too. Try it out!

Wonderful little coffee shop that went beyond our expectations in almost every way. The coffee was excellent, the smoothie was imaginative and the brownie and truffle were decedent masterpieces. We arrived on a Sunday morning around 9 a.m. and it was packed, but the staff moved the line along quickly and were very friendly! In fact, they put whipped cream on my boyfriend’s drink by accident and when he said it was fine, they offered him a free pastry to make up for it. Later on I overheard the owner offer a customer a free extra shot of espresso in their drink just because. The«sitting» area was a little dirtier than is my taste, tables hadn’t been wiped down probably all morning and it shower– I am sure this is mainly because it was so busy at 9 on a Sunday but it is worth noting. This is a 4 star coffee shop, but I am only giving 3 stars because of the experience we had later in the day. We so enjoyed our breakfast, we decided to stop in on our way home for a panini– their menu was very compelling. It was 5:30 and they close at 6:00. When we got there, they told us the grill was off and they were no longer making sandwiches. This is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. If your establishment is open until 6:00– your menu should be available until 6:00. OR you should indicate on the sign that you only serve drinks after a certain time. Nothing bugs me more than showing up somewhere that is OPEN and being denied a product or service. Really grinds my gears. Bad customer service in my opinion. So, in review– I think that Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters is a great place to grab a cup of very good coffee, a fresh juice, and POSSIBLY a sandwhich– but show up early.

This is such a cute little place, and am so glad my group stumbled upon it on our way to VT from zip lining. The hazelnut iced coffee was soooooo delicious. Honestly, it was the tastiest coffee I’ve had since Australia. It was so smooth and rich, which most American coffees/coffee shops lack. I ordered a BLT on a wheat baguette for a late lunch. I was so amazed something so simple could be so delicious. The bacon was cooked perfectly. I was very tempted to buy coffee before we left because I learned it’s only in MA, so I took a business card so I could make sure to return or at least see if I can order online. If you’re ever in the area, you must stop by. The staff is really friendly too, so it’s a win all around!

I like this location, its tucked away from town. Just a bit of traffic noise, but its quiet. The music is appropriate, not some radio pop junk. Tables vary in size, so some days I bring my hmwk and get a big table. Does not get packed, is good for lunch meetings since they have light sandwiches and such good drinks. Also, grind your own coffee from the many beans they have sitting in jars. WooHOO!

On a recent trip back from the Bridge of Flowers 10k in Shelburne Falls, MA(which included what I call«Hill of Death»), I needed a pick me up for our drive back to Connecticut. I had passed by Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters several times on our way to various destinations farther north but this was the first time we stopped in. Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters is a local coffee roasting company that has a variety of freshly roasted coffees for purchase as well as an extensive menu of iced and hot coffee and espresso beverages. On this trip I had a large coconut flavored coffee(which was their coffee of the day) and Mark(aka the Running Czar) had a iced green iced tea. The coconut coffee tasted just like a frozen Almond Joy(without the calories) and was quite yummy. The taste was smooth and I could not taste any acidity, like some other mass produced flavored coffees I have tasted. I could definitely tell that it had a roasted flavor which also gave the coffee an added nutty complexity to it. This is something that one can only get through small batch roasting. In addition to the coffee and tea selection they have a variety of freshly baked pastries as well as sweet and savory sandwiches. Mark ordered the NOHO vegetarian breakfast sandwich on pumpernickel. I love pumpernickel bread and loved the taste of this bagel which I felt had the right amount of chewiness to it. I love bread that you have to fight a little bit with. If I ever attempt to tackle the«Hill of Death» again next year(and I might possibly because I loved the race shirt) I will know a great cup of coffee will await me after I cross the finish line.

I was out working in the area and thinking how awful it must be to live here… not a Dunkin Donuts for 15 miles and forget about finding a Starbucks. I almost passed this place by but I saw the sign for COFFEE and did a quick turn in. The place is an old house that has been converted into a coffee shop and bakery. It is very welcoming and the inside has a lot of charm. The staff of hipster hotties was super friendly and helpful. I got a cup of Mexican«something ecologically friendly» roast and after looking at the bakery items I decided I was hungry and ordered an egg and cheese on croissant. The food and coffee was a «10″ — This place is awesome. I will definitely make this a stop when I am in the area! The only thing that almost pulled them down to 4 stars is that they have no Wi-Fi. Oh well, I am still giving them 5 stars.

Love, love, love it! This has become one of those detours we always make… you know, the kind your parents would make on a long road trip and you’d roll your eyes and refuse to get out of the car? Well, this one is worth it. The coffee drinks on-site are fantastic and it’s impossible not to lift the lids of barrels full of different coffee roasts. The best part is you can take a lb or ten home with you.

Decent coffee — some with flavors, some without, a wide selection of baked goods(make sure you ask, if you’re allergic to nuts, as even the pumpkin bread has walnuts), and sandwiches. Service is super friendly, and prices are moderate. They also just began taking credit cards, which is great.

I end up on Rt. 2 heading into the Berkshires a lot, and I always, always make a point to stop at Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters whenever I am out there. There coffee is fantastic, and I recommend their chai, too. There’s very little pretension about it, too, despite its fantastic nature. Also, it’s very inexpensive, and they always have a selection of coffees to choose from.

I may not live in Shelby anymore but I still love the coffee. It was even better back in the day when Coffee Roasters use to roast on site. The smell out on the street was awesome. I can’t recall where they moved their roasting location to at this point. Anyway, this is an awesome little coffee shop. A nice large selection of beans to buy and plenty on the menu. I want to say that they have WiFi but my friend could have just been picking up a signal from someone nearby. They even went the extra mile by not making the hot chocolate for my nephew super-hot as it typically comes. I don’t make it home very often these days but when I do you will find me at Coffee Roasters or on my way there!

The best place to get coffee. The Greenfield breakfast sandwich is my favorite. I would recommend stopping in and trying it. They have a great selection of coffee beans you can buy in bulk to bring home also.
