Always professional and courteous! On top of that, they have always worked around my schedule and they have offered the highest level of care I have ever received from an optometrist. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been a patient since they opened, and it’s truly a step above the rest. Quality, concern, and friendliness are clearly top priority. They care about keeping current in techniques and equipment, they know which Doctor I like to see and try to make sure my appointments are scheduled as such, and they have a ridiculously stylish selection for eye ware. I have referred so many people her based just on the question, «where did you get your glasses, I love them!» Would recommended them to anyone!

Impressed with doctors. However, the same cannot be said for the front office. Two weeks ago I had my annual eye exam. I did not order contacts through the office because I choose to order my contacts from 1−800-Contacts for the value. Vision Care Associates claim they are competitive with other companies, but based on my research were more expensive. I ordered my contacts online and then realized I was going to have a few days lapse without contacts because they are being shipped, I called Vision Care Associates to see if they could give me one of their sample packs to help get me through the lapse. I was chastised over the telephone and told they usually only give the samples to patients who purchase their contacts through the office, but they would accommodate my request this one time. I thanked them over the phone and was glad they were being flexible. However, when I went to pick up my contacts, I was again, chastised by the same woman, Terry, in front of other patients in the waiting room. It was incredibly embarrassing to be spoken to in that manner over a sample box of contacts. Had I known I would be treated so poorly, I would have never contacted them. I will definitely be changing offices now. Hopefully other patients are not treated in this manner.

I am a first time contact lenses wearer and everyone from the front desk ladies, to the girls that take you back before you meet with the doctors, to the doctors themselves are pleasant and super cheerful.
Wait time is pretty minimal, which is always a plus. The text and email reminder for appointments is also a nice touch.
I’m on my fourth pair of my trial contacts over the span of two months if that is any indication to how often these folks have dealt with me in that short amount of time…

Great experience from the time we stepped through the door. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and Dr. Franken was terrific with my 16 year old, explaining options, pitfalls. Plus, we weren’t kept waiting, which was nice.

Dr. Franken is very thorough with his exams and the office staff is both knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience.
