I went to HFV because the optical department where I previously went –sucked. WOW. I went to HFV to buy glasses only. Cristi was awesome (not pushy at all) the moment I stepped into the business. She was attentive to my needs and assisted me in style/​color I was searching for. I visited 2 – 3 times just because of schedule and thinking it through/​picking out the right frame. Cristi gave her honest opinion how frames looked on me. She ‘hung in there’ w/​my visits and I finally had time to buy the glasses this week. I will definitely plan on having my eyes checked there next time!

I had such a bad experience with my previous Optometrist that I decided to make a change. I decided to try Highpoint Family Vision had a very positive experience. Dr. Honeyman was terrific! She spent time explaining test results and answering my questions. She did a great job assessing my eye glass needs and helped me with contacts. The office team (Brandi and Cristi) was equally impressive and very pleasant. My eye glasses were right the first time, and that was a refreshing change.
