Was a bit hesitant to come here, after reading the reviews – however, I didn’t really have much of a choice due to my insurance. The front desk receptionists were rude and dismissive. I stood there for nearly a minute before I was helped, as one receptionist was teaching the other one how to navigate through their system. After I got in, it was smooth sailing. Nurse and physicians assistant were both very nice and caring. Both women were open to talking to me about my symptoms and I truly felt like I was being listened to.

This place is the worst urgent care I’ve been to. The place was empty but I had to wait for 2 hrs to be seen by an RN for 5 mins. The nurses were sitting around chatting instead of taking care of patients. Filled out a lengthy online survey using their computer as instructed and got an error message when I hit submit. Hopefully management is reading this so changes can be made.

I absolutely hate this place. There is nothing «urgent» about this urgent care. It can take almost 2 hours before you even see the doctor. The staff is in no hurry, whatsoever. If you are having a true emergency or need medical attention then DON’T COME HERE. Actually, don’t come here period because you might just grow old in their waiting room. If there was an option to give zero or negative stars then this place would win the award.

I have to take my little godson here for checkups on his ears. The people are pleasant and nice. They try to help out as much as possible even with a language barrier. Only issue is the constant rescheduling before the appointments. Other than that, they get you in fast.
