Texas Roadhouse

I try to stay away from chain restaurants but I must say Texas Road House deserves 4 stars. The Yeast rolls with the sweet butter is absolutely awesome, the 10 oz. Ribeye was cooked exactly at my desired temperature and the bbq Baby Back ribs were fall off the bone. I will definitely return to the Famous Texas Road House!

Sunday evening! Very busy! No prime rib! Very sad. It would be nice if the posted before we sat down ! Onion appetizer poor in quality ! Margarita are great ! Got the road kill can’t serve it medium rare !

The food was Great although the steak was a little tough this time. We orderd the sirloin which is usually very good and tender. our waiter was fast and the tip he received at the table next to us was very displeasing to him, but maybe in the future he should slow down and interact with the customer…

I appreciate fast, friendly service and Will provided that. The food was really good. The ribs were meaty and tender. My steak was tender and flavorful. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Looking for a place to eat with my family on a vacation and went to the Texas Road House. It was middle of the road. Too much of a chain to have an experience that is unique in this town. I would of rather headed into the city and eat somewhere unique. Typical rib and steak roadhouse. That being said, the service was good and the servers were friendly. This may have been a better location for a young family or something like that. I probably won’t go here again, but if you are on a budget and want a experience that is predictable, then this may be your place to eat.
One note — they don’t have good space for large groups. If your group is larger than six, your chances of being split up is high.

Great service, great food, and an all-​around great experience. This was the best Texas Roadhouse we’ve visited.

Very fun and exciting place to eat the food was wonderful, the service was out of this world I would recommend this place to any one who is interested in great food and service with a wonderful price.

One of the best TXRH I have ever been in. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was prepared exactly as ordered (we had some special instructions). Something different… there was a missionary going around and making animal balloons for donations only. He wasn’t pushy and was actually very funny. He made a sea turtle for my niece that she can wear as a bracelet. She was thrilled! I applaud this restaurant for helping people in their community to raise money and that, along with consistent good food, is why I would visit a chain restaurant (that is off the chain good) when on vacation or traveling.

Service and food were exceptional! This is one of my favorite restaurants that I visit frequently and they never disappoint. I highly recommend if you’re nearby!

Great place to have a great meal. I had the salmon and the wife had the steak. Both were prepared correctly and was delicious. The waiter was excellent and very attentive to his customers. This Texas Roadhouse is much better than the one in Gatlinburg.

Great food & draft Sam Adams! What more could a person ask for?

We always love the roadhouse and if your kids like steak this is the best deal of a steak on the kids menu and plenty of fresh rolls. The server was very good and took good care of us.

Steak was not cooked to my request but other than that everything was ok.

My girlfriend had her first «Texas Roadhouse Experience» down in Georgia and she raved on about how amazing the service and food was. When we visited my grandfather in Sevierville, we made sure to treat him to dinner here. It was fantastic.
Our server, Tim, was the type of person who heightens the whole dining experience. He was courteous, friendly, and extremely pleasant to chat with. The snakebites are amazing, as are their rolls. And the BBQ ribs were some of the best I’ve ever had.
My family and I had a great time here and were really fortunate that the same courtesy we were shown by our server was shared by the management. It was clear that they work exceptionally hard at maintaining standards in both food and service that I wish were a standard for restaurants I usually go to.
I don’t visit the area often, but I will absolutely be coming back to this place. It is surrounded by various novelty places to dine… but this is home cooking through and through.

Let me start this review by saying that I feel horrible that I forgot our server’s name. He was very friendly, courteous, and gave us superb service. He did mention that he was ‘short’ at 5’4″, and he had light-​brown hair. I want to say his name started with an L.
Anyways. I had the sirloin and bbq chicken combination dinner with a cup of chili and a loaded sweet potato for my sides. My table also had the fried pickles appetizer, and my dinner partner had the sirloin with a skewer of grilled shrimp with green beans and a loaded sweet potato. It was her first time at Texas Roadhouse and I convinced her to try the loaded sweet potato because it is my absolutely favorite thing on the menu. Our server, «L», also told me about their flavored iced teas, and I chose to try the cherry iced tea. It was fantastic! He told me it was the first one he had ever sold/​made and I was impressed.
Our food came out cooked to order and everything tasted pretty good. (It was not the best meat or chicken that I have ever had, but it was tasty enough and «L» even made my chicken in the shape of a heart…)
All-​in-​all, «L» made the experience a great one and the food was above satisfactory!
