Service and food selection was excellent. I recommend the lasagna and chicken parm.

Got seated, waited 15 minutes — NO SERVICE… left. Overheard another table complaining about poor service too.

This was my first visit to this restaurant /​chain on a weeknight.
Was immediately greeted by the host and was shown to a booth per my request the booth could have been a little bit cleaner evidence of past occupant was present on the table.
I ordered the create your own pizza with 5 toppings and it was delivered in a short time. Taste was a little Bland and temperature the pizza it could have been a lot warmer.
Visited the restroom and found it needed to be serviced and I also knocked it down the store when the right person came back to check on me my water glass was totally empty and she asked if I wanted another glass of water well yeah.
For my late-​night snack I order a slice of the red velvet cheesecake and I believe piece of cake have been sitting on the shelf for an extended period of time

My wife and I stopped in for dinner last night after a day of shopping and going to the Dollywood Theme Park to see the Festival of Nations. We had not been in this Restaurant since it’s opening and decided it was about time since we had wanted to try it for some time.
Having prepared for this new experience we were seated right away and the Waiter, Ostap, was very attentive and very efficient in getting our drinks and we ordered two appetizers, the stuffed mushrooms as well as an order of the artichoke hearts deep fried. These two apps were as good as any I have had in this area ever. Let me qualify myself just a bit here. I am a Retired Master Chef; therefore I am qualified to give an opinion on quality. Of course, taste is objective and subjective to each and every person’s different palate but I can tell you both the quality and the taste were just awesome to the both of us.
We then ordered a combination dinner from the menu which consisted of Lasagne, Chicken Parmigiana and we chose an Angel Hair Pasta with Marinara to go with them. This plate of food was more than enough for two even though it was a single order and I can tell you first hand it was prepared on point and the flavor just simply popped the likes of which I have never had in this area on similar dishes in other restaurants in this area ever.
All I can say is we will return and if they get close to this the second time they will soon become one of our favorites in the Eastern part of this state.

We ordered food from here «to go». The food was prepared great, looked great, and HUGE portions. We definitely will be having it for lunch! :) YUM

Great service. Pizzas were tasty as were the Italian nachos. Homemade lasagna was a hit as well. Bread was a little late to table, but the dried herbs for dipping were delicious with the table oil.

Geez how I miss carinos! Spicy Italian franchise that has disappeared out of Georgia. It’s pretty dang good, much better than Olive Garden. Huge portions at decent price

Very good food, service was fast and friendly. Try the firecracker appetizer, it is amazing! Lasagna was incredible, as well as the chicken parmesan and the bacon macaroni.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and my family enjoyed their food as well. I’d give them 6 stars tonight. We had chicken parmigiano, lasagna, bacon macaroni, salad, firecracker appetizers. Great service and a great place to eat!

Food is very average to say the least. I had the Shrimp fettuccine– Not much taste. My friend had the Chicken Parmesan — it was over cooked and also nothing special in flavor.
Server was nice but had a heavy Russian accent and didn’t understand much of what was asked. One example– I wanted to know if the sangria has nutmeg or cinnamon and he don’t know what either were.
All in all, I will not be revisiting this place. It’s a notch or two below Olive Garden.

Greeted and seated right away. Server had difficulty understanding English and was unable to take our drink order correctly or answer simple questions about the menu. Food came out in a timely fashion and for the most part the food was good. However when my two teens ordered half pepperoni and half cheese I assumed the pepperoni side would still have cheese on it. This was possibly lost in translation maybe. Husband and I were able to split a chicken parm entrée. It was just the perfect size for the two of us to share. We did have to wait for the check for a very long time, I asked three times and there was only one other table in our server’s section. The bread was fabulous. This was our first time here while visiting TN. Probably wouldn’t rush back.

Everything was excellent, only drawback was that the portions were so large we had to take leftovers, well i guess that’s not a bad thing though

We each had something different lunch portions was just the right size.
I had the Caesar salad, croutons was stale and the dressing tasted very lemony!
The bread is outstanding !!!

We took our family of 4 here for dinner on Tuesday 7÷28÷15 during a busy dinner rush. We were sat immediately, and greeted quickly at the table. Crusty, warm Italian bread and yummy dipping oil came out first, and we all really liked it. We definitely could’ve shared our adult meals with the kids, the portions were huge! We had chicken parmigiana, a grilled chicken salad and a couple kids meals, and it all came up within a reasonable amount of time. Overall we had a really good experience!

Pretty good. Spaghetti w/​meatballs and the three combo (chicken Parmesan, lasagna, spaghetti) fed 2 adults 3 small kids. Comes w 2 loafs of bread. I like more sauce and some cheese melted on top but it’s pretty good. All got full.

Excellent! A must have when visiting this area! Very reasonably priced and huge portions! The family size was more than enough to feed my three children and the beer was ICE cold!

We came in 10 mins before closing and the staff were so sweet and professional. Never had my food served faster IN MY LIFE!!!
Waitress, Katie was super sweet and helpful.
Entrée’s: fettuccine Alfredo: son said it was great.
I had spicy shrimp and chicken, lacking in depth of flavor but still great.
We also had the Skillitini combo. It was spicy but sooo good.

The bread and olive oil was amazing. The food was prepared quickly and right. Great experience.

We were leaving town today and nobody seemed to be able to agree on where to eat until we saw Carino’s.
We showed up around 1:30 on a Sunday and it was not very busy.
The food was pretty good but for the price, a salad should be included I feel. I think that the cost for a salad would have been an extra $ 3.49 which was way too much I felt.
Service was ok, nothing great but not bad.

Wait staff are very very good, no stars for the food, it was bag chow and the ‘cook’ forgot to add the pack labeled seasoning, ouch ! I would give them another chance!
But 5 star wait staff can not make up for poor food, so next time I’d send back what I got… so my bad…
–They get 5 stars for gluten free selections and veg choices, nice atmosphere, too!
