This is a newly opened establishment that has promise and possibilities.
Showed up for breakfast on a busy Saturday morning. The wait staff was very attentive and eager to please, however it was easy to see their inexperience. The facilities had areas that need attention.
Now for the real reason we where there the food. All in all the recipes used where spot on. Good ratio of meat in the omelet, fluffy homemade biscuits and well seasoned chicken fried steak. The only real set back was the efficiency of the kitchen staff.
Once the kitchen gets in their groove this could be a real go to on the west side of the lake.
