Qfc-Quality Food Centers

It’s a grocery store, they sell food… it’s overly expensive and lacking in customer service…

QFC is an alright place. It seems to be a little more expensive than some of the other options in town. The last several times I’ve been there, they only had two checkers and there were longer lines.
The good news on the prices, they usually get good coupon deals on the espresso beans.

I enjoy shopping at QFC and Fred Meyers over all the other large chains in the area. Clean & professional the store and workers.

I’m a novice when it comes to QFC and grocery shopping in WA in general, but I have to say whenever I visit this site in Sequim I feel like it’s a ‘Cheers’ type grocery with a Mayberry backdrop.
Everybody knows everybody, it’s 24/​7, and always well stocked and well priced. Plus!!! Strawberry rhubarb pie!

Although this store has changed a bit and may not be as frequently shopped as the more populated area where Safeway is, Erin in the seafood department is amazing and I highly recommend that you visit her for your seafood needs! She’s been there for years way back when I used to just visit my visit my family from Nashville, TN. I now live in the area and I have always been impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff but especially Erin. She remembers us, greets us with a huge smile and great fun attitude and I appreciate the way she has always taken care of my mom and dad. For example, where in the a larger city would you get a person who would call your home to let you know that there was a fish they just got in that was a favorite of my mom’s and that that they will be setting some aside for her if we wanted it? Erin did! I was floored when she called and so appreciative of that kind of service. It’s not common anymore but she still does it! Thanks to Erin and QFC! I would say Phil S. hasn’t visited Erin. :-)

This store used to be an okay store in my opinion but lately they have been aweful. QFC as a whole is in bad shape, their customer service overall has been lacking, I am disgusted with how they treat people overall and how store management has been falling apart. I’d rather maintain a customer business and make a positive difference and make them feel welcome, treat them with respect, make them want to shop at this store. QFC overall needs improvement.
