Their prices are reasonable and they will always give you options on how to fix the problem. Their employees are courteous and will show when they say they will. Whenever I have an ac problem I call Coweta-​Fayette Heating & Air and know the problem will be taken care of promptly and efficiently.

As a previous customer of Coweta H&A, when I got home from work late last night and realized something wrong with AC, there was no question who I was going to call. House was not too hot so decided to wait until this am. Called them at 9:00am; they were by 10:00. Fixed problem (almost out of freon) and were gone by 10:30 They have a service call guarantee that if you need to call them out within 30 days, no charge. GREAT company to work with and my friends I have referred them to have been really satisfied also.

In the heat of summer, my mom’s air conditioner broke. Since I live over 700 miles away and continue have horrible experiences with contractors, I cringed at the thought of trying to find someone in her area that could help. After searching on the Better Business Bureau website, I found a few A+ rated businesses. I left messages for three companies. Coweta-​Fayette promptly returned my call. I explained that I did not want to worry my mom about the repair or the costs and had to manage all this for her. Daniel, the owner, completely understood and explained how he planned to help. A person was scheduled to look at the problem the same day. What a pleasant surprise, he arrived as planned! Before leaving, he filled the AC with Freon so my mom would not swelter in the heat. Daniel contacted me with two practical options both reasonably priced. Additionally, he explained that he did not plan on charging us for the Freon. (appx. $ 300+) We opted to install a new unit for her to prevent future issues and to decrease her energy bills. Another pleasant surprise — Daniel could have it installed the next day. As planned, they installed the unit and removed the old one. No mess. No fuss. I am in awe by how painless all this was.
Daniel and his staff were extremely responsive, clearly defined and met all expectations, and did all this for a very reasonable cost. As far as Daniel’s character, he displayed respect, professionalism, and compassion. I highly recommend this company to anyone with heating or air conditioning needs.
