Scotty’s Heating &AC out of Turn, GA is as good as it gets in the heating and AC business. I recommend them!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Scotty’s HVAC. I first used Scotty’s in 2013 when I was renting a home. They came out on very short notice to diagnose and resolve a cooling issue with one of our units. The price was reasonable. In 2014⁄15 I built a custom home with a very well respected builder, Cranford Homes. While in discussions with the builder about various subs he used, it turned out, the builder had already been using Scotty’s for years. Since we’ve moved in, we’ve had a couple minor issues that have always been resolved quickly. Their response time is prompt. Each knowledgable technician that has come out has been respectful and professional. Not sure what took place with one of the more negative reviews below, but my experience has been nothing but stellar. I have and will continue to recommend Scotty’s HVAC.

Recently, May 2015, Scotty’s was called out to repair our a/c units. The noted repair occurred during a home inspection. Scotty’s repair bill contained only routine servicing such as new filter, added refrigerant, minor line insulation repair, put batteries in thermostat and reset. Price was consistent with the area. What is poor about the service is that the servicing didn’t fix the a/c. The units still do not cool the house. Therefore the customer service and quality of work for assurance of repair is poor. This is not all their fault and the other part of the failure here is the real estate agent that worked the appointment out and service also did not follow up to ensure the repair fixed the non-cooling issue. We will leave a review for that real estate company and agent too. So here we are days after closing in a house that is constantly around 85+ degrees inside and we are stuck with more bills to have another company come out to determine the problem and correct means for our a/c fix. We did attempt a call to the company with now answer. We informed our agent also about the problems too and received no real assistance in customer service or offer for solutions. Just a poor management all around for this task.
