First time here got a calzone it was huge and i mean huge and delicious both good things in my book. Came in a second time for steak and cheese subs and as i expected there were very good sized and again delicious and then tonight we hit the trifecta got subs sides and burgers and again everything was excellent food is five starts in quality and quantity how ever the insides not so great, seating is uncomfortable and the two tvs seem to always b playing p.b.s.(eww) a few booths less red and dimmer lighting would make dining in much better but its safe to say eat in or take out I’ll b a repeat customer for the foreseeable future

The gluten-free pizza is quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Not only was the crust bad, but they smothered it in sauce and barely covered it with cheese. $ 15 for this? Please. If you’re not going to make a decent gluten-free substitute, don’t bother. We would rather not have a substitute than suffer through a bad one.

Great pizza and fast service. Highly recommend the mushroom, sliced tomato and jalapeño combo. Always hot and ready when I stop in to pick it up. Reasonable prices too especially when you order two pies.

This is my first time ordering subs from westshore for delivery. I ordered two philly cheese deluxe subs. I’m not a picky eater for the most part and I don’t fuss a lot but this was just horrible. I didn’t think you could go wrong ordering a philly. The bread was soggy and it lacked any flavor; It was very blan and messy. The meat was gritty like which was like a dry texture, but it was also overly wet. It looked like it was seasoned but the taste says otherwise. The veggies were overly wilted, they could’ve put it on the side since it was for delivery. But then again, the place is right by my house. I ate it because I was hungry and also, had to be at work soon. I didn’t even bother touching the second one. I also ordered Jalapeño poppers, which seemed like it wasn’t melted and the cheese was still pasty. I will not recommend Westshore to anyone for subs atleast. But then again, the jalapeño poppers was far from awesome too. I can only imagine what the rest of the menu would be like.

My husband and I order dinner from Westshore Pizza, at 7651 Starkey Road, at least once a week. M husband also has lunch there at least once a week. On 01/14/2014, at 7:10, we placed an order for meat lasagna and an Italian hoagie. Our order was delivered at 8:30 last evening. When I opened up the wrapper for my Italian hoagie, what I found was one thin slice of ham, one slice of white cheese, shredded lettuce and a very small, thin slice of tomato. That is all that was on the entire hoagie. The menu clearly states an Italian hoagie has ham, salami, capicola, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and onion on the bun. This is not the first time we have ordered this hoagie. Needless to say, it was very disappointing. The only meat on a $ 7.99 hoagie is one thin slice of ham luncheon meat! Really? No mayo or Italian seasoning and oil? What happened to the salami, capicola, and onion that was listed on the menu for this hoagie? My husband asked, «Do you want me to call them?». I said, «No, because we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our order. I don’t want to wait another hour and 20 minutes. Yours will be cold by the time they remake my hoagie». We figured there must have been someone new working there that made this sandwich. I called them this evening to report our dissatisfaction so that they could talk with the person that made the hoagie and tell them how it is suppose to be made, for future reference. I asked to speak with the manager. A man got on the phone. I introduced myself, asked if he was a manager and was told yes. I asked his name. He told me Joe. I preceded to tell Joe about the Italian hoagie. He asked why I didn’t call him when we got our order to report it then. I told him because we already had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for that delivery. He told me, «Well, you’re calling the next day now. How do I know that you’re telling the truth?». I said, «Excuse me? Are you calling me a liar?». Joe replied, «Maybe I am. Maybe the sandwich was like you described; but maybe it wasn’t. If you would have called when it happened we would have fixed you another one and delivered it.» I reminded him that we had already had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for that order. He said«Well we would have made you another one and brought it to you right then. You should have called me yesterday when you had the sandwich. I could have talked to the person that made the sandwich. Do you even have the sandwich now?» I told him, «As a matter of fact I do. I only ate half of it last night. Do you want me to bring it to you right now to prove to you that I’m not lying?!» He then replied, «Well, no. You could have done something to it by now to make it like you just described it». I am aghast that this man would first — call me a liar — and then to — imply that I would alter a sandwich just to call and complain about it. Unbelievable! He told me it was too late to do anything about it and then asked, «What do you want me to do about it anyway, Lady?» I said that I wanted another hoagie, at no charge, the next time we place an order with them. He then said he’d make a note of it and promptly hung up the phone. We order from them so often that they know our voice when we call in. They know our address and which house it is. In all the years we have never complained before, even when we order a 2 liter and the delivery person arrives without one. And this manager is now insinuating that I am a liar. I called in good faith so that they could show someone the proper ingredients in one of their menu items. I was not calling for a free hoagie, but to make them aware. However, after being accused of being a liar, and being accused to alter my hoagie so that I would get a free hoagie; you darn right I want a free hoagie after this conversation, However, after hanging up I wish I had told him that I wanted my money back because we will definitely not be ordering from them again, thanks to Joe’s comments to me. I believe that someone needs to tell Joe the importance of customer relations. We were loyal customers. The key word is «were». One happy customer tells a friend. An unhappy customer tells many.

Very rarely do I order burgers from anywhere, but tonight I was really craving one. Hadn’t been there in years as I just moved back into town, but used to enjoy their pizza and they are one of few places that deliver, so I figured I’d give it a shot. I was highly disappointed and after the hour wait for it to get here, I wish I would have just made myself a salad for dinner! I was expecting a juicy burger with strips of bacon and bbq sauce, instead I got a bubba burger(you know, the frozen patties from Winn Dixie?) with some crumbled up day old bacon and a small cup of what was probably Kraft bbq sauce on the side. I also got some fried mushrooms, which weren’t too bad, like any other places fried mushrooms. I can’t really say anything about their pizza, but maybe they should stick to just pizza. Hopefully that is still decent. Can’t say I didn’t know better though, good burgers are hard to come by!

Placed a large takeout order for a party with over 10 pies and 100 wings. The food was done at the time that I wanted to pick it up and tasted pretty good. The place is not much to look at but food and service were good.

UPDATED5-22-2016WTFHAPPENED this place used to rock found out the meat comes pre portioned from a corprate warehouse ewww, every weekend I order a cheesesteak and shore fries from the starkey road location, This week was the thinest steak I have ever seen also a wet cold sandwich at that I LIVEACROSSPARKBLVDREALLY, they remade it even smaller I am sure because I complained and the bearded douche bag mgr who has worked there 10 years argued with me over it telling about how it comes pre packaged. I feel taken for the money I spent today and I am sad that it means so little to WSP, maybe other locations are good but park and starkey no way say your money go across the street to subway for the same quality, They just lost someone who was a loyal customer by not making it right, making the order over worse than the first the second star is for all the good food I GUESSJOEISSTILLTHERE
