Less then average coffee. Poor selection. Good location. Dated interior. Theses no life in this place. Would pass it up next time for sure.

not really impressed with this place, it’s kinda like a trashed Starbucks but the coffee wasn’t good. the store was filthy and servers not really friendly.

The only advantage to coming here over Starbucks is that there is literally no wait time whatsoever as the original Starbucks just down the street detracts from all the mobs. Coffee is average here. A Starbucks knockoff because the interior is very similar in design and décor. But facilities are clean and they do administer caffeine so what more can you really expect.

I ordered their green tea latte, expecting a great taste and high hopes. 1st sip was ok and as I continued drinking, it tasted more like WATER. Couldn’t finish it and threw it away. :(not sure about the coffee but I wouldn’t recommend the green tea latte. Still a Starbucks fan when it comes to green tea lattes.

This coffee house competes with the original Starbucks, which is about a block away. The espresso at Tully’s today was superior to any espresso drink I have every purchased at any Starbucks. My wife’s latte was nicely topped with a decorative poured design and properly prepared. Unless you have a burning need to participate in the tourism around being at the original Starbucks … walk a block North on the same street to Tully’s.

Tully’s always has the freshest brewed coffee in the Seattle area. A must visit. I am new to area, ok just over 2 years now as a transplant from Florida and who love Dunkin Donuts coffee o was lost. But Tully’s coffee made me forget the other brand? Hmmm whatever that was.

I love this coffee shop. The staff are so friendly and efficient… most of the time there isn’t a line. But when there is they will get it moving quickly with smiles on their faces. I usually grab a quick coffee here and leave, but there is a fireplace to sit by, large windows and seats outside. Mostly I come here for the staff… everyone who works here seems friendly, knowledgeable and happy. They seem to like each other and that makes a welcoming atmosphere which has made this place my regular coffee shop.

Tully’s has the pastries Seattle ever taste. Have the worst sandwiches ever made. Yogurt tastes awlful. Who wants to pay for a drink which customers will not be asking For. Nobody has to be getting the wrong drink. Tully’s is really stealing Starbucks customers for their own money Taking. Seattle Does not Tully’s Seattle When it has Starbucks for coffee

We walked down the street to Starbucks after dumping our coffees in the trash. We asked for vanilla in our coffee and they missed that. My drip coffee was like water. My total came out to to a few dollars and .26 cents and the cashier couldn’t do the math and have me three pennies back!!! Lol!!! No wonder why that place was so empty and they are located near Pike Place!

Coffee is okay-tasting, they have some baked goods, including a Cronut wannabe, and they have adequate seating, though this place is not the best for working because people tend to trip over cords due to oddly located outlets, and tourists and kids are rampant since this is at one end of Pike Place Market and has a kids’ play area.

I’m not huge on coffee, but when I do order it I order a caramel macchiatto. The bitterness of the coffee mixed with the sweetness of the caramel and vanilla, plus the creaminess of the milk(soy, in my case). It all just works. So we go in, we order, and my quick easy order made my fiancé nervous in what he was going to order. He just got a tall drip coffee with half and half. Oh well, moving on. Tully’s is right down the street from the original Starbucks, but I honestly would much rather come here rather than waiting in the line surrounding that other store. The coffee just seemed less bitter. I would have enjoyed trying out their pastries, but considering we had been walking through Pike Place you can be sure that we were getting stuffed on all the other vendors’ and stores’ food offerings. Maybe next time. Tully’s is a place I wouldn’t mind returning to. Plus if you check in you get a nifty Unilocal deal.

Apparently you can really only find these guys in Washington so stop by if you’re from outta town! I actually preferred Tully’s to Starbucks. I have some of their K cups for my Keurig, but it tastes oh so much better when you are actually getting it in the store(or maybe its all psychological). Needless to say, the barista was super nice and got our drinks out to us quickly! Nice coffeeshop towards the end of Pike’s Place Public Market. Grab a coffee and then go outside to check out the view of the Puget Sound.

Wanting to try coffee that wasn’t Starbucks on my last day in Seattle I went to try Tully’s Coffee, which is near the Pike Place Market. I had the Japanese Green Tea latte which tasted terrible. It was creamy as expected but it was super bitter and hardly sweet with the matcha flavor. The location is actually pretty… open space, cute furniture, and even a fireplace inside this location. Maybe next time I am in town I try another drink.

Great chai tea latte and caramel macchiato, but not really much different from anywhere else.

Chain owned by Patrick Dempsey– ambiance was like a ski resort version of Starbucks, with 2 stone fireplaces, 44-person tables, and a longer 8-person table. Some lounge chairs too. Great ambiance to study, but shoddy wifi! Coffee was ok, pastries were awesome — like a less commercial version of Starbucks pastries. Had spinach quiche and many packaged breakfast sandwiches in addition to the sweet stuff.

I found this location to be one of Tully’s worst. The coffee was mediocre, but was a welcome treat on my walk into work… but the staff allowing a patron(i assume) sitting in the side room with no shoes on, picking at his toes will cause me not to want to come back.

I honestly cannot tell you how long it’s been since I’ve had Tully’s Coffee. 4 – 5 years maybe? We went in before leaving pike place market and my husband and I both ordered a bellacciuno, I think that’s what it’s called. I had the caramel one and it wasn’t that great, but compared to what my husband(forgot the name), mine was a lot better! I would still come back though and maybe try something else.

This is the first time I experienced a Tully’s. Having driven across a number of states, and stopped at more Starbucks than this minimal-coffee drinker could handle, I wanted a warm drink after walking around Pike Place Market — but the idea of walking into ‘the first Starbucks EVER’ left me cold. So I wandered down the street a little and saw this coffee shop sitting idly at the end of a much quieter street. My coffee drink of choice is a mocha. I love how the natural flavours of chocolate in coffee are supernaturally enhanced by lugging in a large amount of chocolate on top. Keep the coffee strong, however, please — if I wanted hot chocolate, I would order that instead. Tully’s, for me, got this right. I ordered the intensely chocolate mocha(I don’t think I got the name right there) — and damn — the coffee was there aplenty — with a heady base of strong dark chocolate. Deliciousness in a cup — and a great change from my Starbucks-based coffee diet to that point. Looking at the reviews, I think I struck a good day — it was a quiet morning and I really enjoyed the coffee that I was served. If this is a poor example of a Tullys, then I look forward to trying other branches out.
