There are some places that you just have to appreciate for having veganish options, and The People’s Burger is one of them. Though most of their items are, well… burgers, they have a portabello mushroom burger for veggie fanatics. The mushroom is charred, and placed on a dairyless bun(the guy was nice enough to show me the bun package to confirm there are no eggs used). But I never knew that mushrooms — an ingredient I often love — slapped between two buns, is not a good substitute for a patty. The texture didn’t go over too well, but my taste buds were okay with the overall flavors. It’s a messy burger, and maybe next time I’ll get creative and add some jalapenos to it. Make sure to give yourself 10 — 15 minutes once ordering; like my Dad used to tell me… Good food takes time.

Comrades, let me assure you, this is a tasty burger. The family and I found this food truck outside Safeco before the Mariner’s game. There was a crowd of hungry folks in front of us, but the service was speedy and courteous. The kids all had a classic with zero toppings b/c, well, they’re kids. To that end I think it would be smart of TPB to offer a kids burger– you’re outside a baseball park, they’re going to be lots of kids. $ 8 for a plain burger is pretty expensive(w/o fries or a drink) even for a captive audience. Regardless no one complained and no one had any leftovers. I had the peppersteak burger which came with peppers and onions grilled into the burger and pepper jack cheese. It was really fantastic! Just the right amount of seasonings and tasty grease. I paid the $ 2 up charge for fries. They were ok; hand cut and not frozen from a bag but a little on the salty side. If you’re outside Safeco with the family the smart play is to get them the ubiquitous $ 5 sausage then sneak away to the People’s Burger to treat yourself.

Served a solid burger full of really delicious toppings and amazing hand cut fries. Coming here is a great option before any game whether that’s the Mariners, Seahawks, or Sounders, however it is pricey because it is a food truck. Expect to pay around $ 11 for a burger plus fries. What come back on game days but would not go out of my way to come here since there are many more established burger joints around the city.

I. Love. Cheeseburgers. I have no idea what the burger was called, but it had barbecue sauce, cheese, onions, and bacon on it. What’s not to love about that? Even better, the fries were seasoned and really added to the yum factor. I wouldn’t hesitate to get a burger from here again.

I really enjoyed the burger I had here. I ordered the backyard burger, I believe. There were lots of toppings– I added bacon and cheese which were extra costs. The meat was juicy and the burger was very good sized. The fries that came with the burger were enough to share with my friend. My only gripe is that $ 11 – 12 is a lot to pay for a burger and fries and to sit outside to eat with no amenities. But, that is what you get from a food truck and they do have outdoor seating which is more than you can say for a lot of food trucks! Solid burger. Great quality but a bit spendy for a food truck, in my opinion. Nevertheless, I would certainly go back when by the stadiums.

Went to the Clink for Bacon Eggs& Kegs. They had several food trucks in the event area. They were all serving some sort of a bacon and or egg themed dish. Several of us decided on The People’s Burger. Prices a little high, but to be expected at any event. Happy that they except cards, because I never went to get cash out. Phewwww! My husband and I split a BBQ bacon burger. It had BBQ sauce, bacon, cheese and grilled onions. $ 8.75 Added fries to the order for $ 2. $ 12 for a split meal at the Clink, not bad. The burger was so good. Amazing flavors. J could’ve definitely had a full burger to myself! The fries were really good too, but not nearly enough! Should’ve gotten the basket of fries for $ 4-$ 5. Oh well, it did the trick. Filled up my belly and allowed me to continue to drink the afternoon away! Cheers!

Updating my review after having a DELICIOUS burger. Definitely earned my trust, and once again, the fries were awesome!

The People’s Burger truck came to ou work site today. Food trucks usually visit one day a week and I always look forward to it. I also love burgers, so I was particularly excited. Unfortunately, the burger was so-so. First, during the order process it was not clear fries were extra, I did not even see them on menu sign as an option. I ordered the classic burger and then added bacon. The bread and toppings were good. Howver, the burger itself was overcooked and the meat was not that great(cost was $ 8, where you expect a little better quality). Next time, I think I will order pepper steak.

One of the BEST burgers I’ve had in a long time! Been doing the low carb thing lately but couldn’t resist eating the whole thing! Had the original and asked for grilled onions and it was perfection. MOM who rarely finished a whole burger devoured it quickly too! Would make the trek to the Clink to get a burger even if we weren’t going to a Seahawks game. It was that good!

The People’s Burger is served from a couple of black food trucks that show up around town and during games near CenturyLink and Safeco. They makes a good burger, have a nice menu, and provide friendly and polite service. And while I like them, I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. This would to be the definition of the three star review but that seems unfair. Their craftsmanship and degree of difficulty of making a decent burger in a truck make it seem like 4 stars is a better rating. You may not love them but I doubt you’ll be unhappy. They are popular too, which means they can get backed up. Extending the wait time for your burger to 20 – 30 minutes. Still, it’s a good burger. So don’t overthink it like I just did.

Enjoyed Peoples Burger at the Seattle Street Food Festival– wonderful food, friendly service and very quick for a food truck that was busy. The hamburger slider was full of flavor with a thick quality patty. The fries are your basic hand cut fries– good but nothing fancy. All in all a great food truck experience.

I love the veggie burger here! Great sauce and a portabello mushroom, definitely a great choice., Do note you will need a lot of napkins to eat this veggie burger, but well worth it!

Burger lovers of the World, Unite! For far too long we have borne the brunt of capitalistic burgers, their paper-thin patties and tasteless buns spreading all over the world. For far too long we have suffered though their imperialist burgers spreading their flavorless ways though the world, making their profits off the labor of the poor exploited cows toiling under their colonialist masters. No more I say! Fellow burger travelers, I come to you with news of a better way. The People’s Burger, producing flavour filled burgers by the people and for the people. My ‘shroom burger was full of juicy broiled mushrooms on a thick patty, with cheddar cheese on an honest bun. The fries were handcut and abundant. After I was finished, I was humbled by the results. Give thanks to Comrade Cow, for with their sacrifice of their milk, indeed their very flesh, they have given new life to the Glorious Motherland that is your digestive tract. So rise up! Cast forth the chains of your imperialist lackey burger kings, and demand your due as a productive worker! Take to the streets, seek out The People’s Burger’s truck where you may find it, and rejoice! ¡Viva la revolución hamburguesa!!!

Had Classic Burger with bacon added and it was spectacular. My friend tried the Schroom Burger and fries. He enjoyed the burger and the fries were cooked perfectly just like I said they would be. It was his first visit and he’s a fan now too. I’ve been impressed with both burgers I’ve tried, the Jalapeño and Classic plus the fries are cooked perfectly. They have the temperature of the grease dialed in just right for cooking slightly crispy fries that are exactly way I like them. I look forward to going back for the Schroom & Hollywood burger too. They also have Mexican Coke. They just happened to be out my last visit. Be sure & ask or you’ll end up with a can of regular Coke which doesn’t cut the mustard, as far as, I’m concerned.

Looking for a reason to look forward to Mondays? Come by my office next Monday and I’ll give you a worthy one: that’s the day The People’s Burger lunch truck comes by. Everything at The People’s Burger seems like it’s handmade. The meat patties are thick and irregular, not perfectly-round discs but deliciously seasoned amalgams of ground beef, grilled to a smoky perfection. When assembled, the burgers are tall and heavy with toppings, sometimes leaning this way or that, just a little. The fries are thick-cut, crispy, and just a little raucous. All told, lunch at The People’s Burger comes together like something you might get at a good backyard barbecue — a little rough around the edges, a little messy, and completely scrumptious. The offerings are simple, with a twist here and there. The staples are here, in the form of the Backyard or the Drive-In, classic combinations of meat and condiments that will seem immediately familiar. You can get a little adventurous with the Shroom and cheddar, or even a veggie burger. And if you’re feeling really crazy, there’s the PB&J, a beef burger with(Yes) peanut butter, strawberry jam, sriracha, and bacon. I have yet to try this, but I confess… I am intrigued. There are other combinations too — about ten in all. Each burger comes in at under $ 10, and you can add bacon, more cheese, even an extra patty for just a bit more. Fries are $ 4 on their own or $ 2 with a burger. Though a burger is more than likely enough for a satisfying meal in itself. The People’s Burger is one of the lunch trucks I look forward to seeing around my office. With delicious, hand-crafted hamburgers and French fries, it just so happens to brighten up my Monday, but they’d be a welcome addition any day of the week.

This was our first time in Seattle and we were headed to the Mariner’s game. I was thrilled to see food trucks outside the stadium because I HATE hotdogs at baseball games. My husband and I both got a burger. He got the Jalapeño and I got the special they were having that night… but I can’t recall the name. It was delicious, whatever it was! My husband preferred mine over the Jalapeño. The burger was juicy, the bun was toasty and the toppings were fresh! If only there were one here in Cleveland…

We were looking for something delicious and close, and The People’s Burger was what we decided on. They were parked across the street from Century Link, and we parked in a lot behind them, which was nice, since not all food trucks have accommodating parking. Their menu describes everything perfectly. And there’s something for everyone, I believe there’s even a veggie burger, which is good, since it’s a pretty common request these days. Their burgers are so good. We purchased a classic and a drive in, I think those are the names. They’re very large burgers, so you better be hungry. The fries are so good. I LOVE fresh cut fries so much. We don’t tend to go to the same restaurant when we go into the city, 1. We live in the ‘burbs 2. we like to try new places, but I guarantee we will be back to The People’s Burger.

So glad the food truck stops by 2nd& Pike weekly, great place to grab a burger for lunch. Never really a long line at the truck, I guess it depends on what time you go. They cook the burgers to order so it takes a few minutes. I usually get the shroom burger, I think its $ 7, decent size, plenty of mushrooms, melty tilamook cheese and some arugula on top for that peppery taste. A tasty burger! For about $ 2 more, you can add some fries. People that run the truck seem to be pretty nice, no issues with them. Just go up to the window, order, pay, get food, leave and enjoy. Simple.

Solid burger cart! For $ 7 I can get me a decent sized hearty burger with delicious toppings. For $ 2 extra you may add fries. I got the Drive-In burger that had a giant flavorful beef patty, arugula, their house sauce, american cheese, tomato, pickles, and bacon from what I remember. I think there may have been tarter sauce too as an homage to Dick’s. Overall good burger. Not the BEST, but good for sure. Well worth the money. The burger patty itself was a bit thicker than I usually care for, but that’s just me. The staff is quick to prepare your food and there’s a couple tables and seats near the cart as well.
