Very straightforward and trustworthy. I felt like Alerian was truly concerned with our issues. Reasonable fee for excellent service. A little strange to check-​in at the Realty office to be greeted and escorted across the parking lot to her actual office next door.

My wife and I found Alerian and decided to meet with her mostly because of the proximity to our home. Boy did we luck out. Upon meeting she was clear, concise, and inquiring of our goals. Our situation was non-​typical, but Alerian easily handed our specifics and provided easy-​to-​understand pro’s and con’s of the different ways to structure our estate documents. This has been one of the most positive experiences we have ever had working with someone in professional services… everything you could ask for… professional, knowledgeable, personable, customer focused, trust worthy, sensitive, confidence expiring, and very reasonably priced.

So preparing a Will was something I’ve been meaning to do for ages. I wasted some time trying to use software, then some more time with an Eastside Attorney. Saw Alerian’s great reviews and setup an appointment. Things I immediate liked was her pricing was upfront and very clear, she got back to me right away with appointment times. At the meeting she did a great job explaining the whole process, educating me on terminology, understanding the tax implications, and finally preparing all the documents. She was a pleasure to work with, and will be recommending her to all my friends who have also been remiss in getting their affairs in order.

Alerian is fantastic. She is friendly, fair and very easy to work with. My husband and I recently visited her to do our will/​end of life/​health package. Alerian clearly walked us through all our choices, gave us time to think things through and answered all our questions. She went out of her way to consider our situation and write a will that would last no matter how our lives changed. The price was quite fair and everything was done in two appointments. Overall, she’s just a really nice person and I would highly recommend her services.

I haven’t hired Alerian yet but I had to say that just calling to get preliminary information from her was incredible. She really makes you feel at ease! I know attorneys I have been a paralegal for many years and just from the initial phone conversation I can tell she is definitely one in a million.
