Lo mejor! The carnitas here are the best in town… friendly people and never, EVER bad! Right now I could go for some ceviche and a mulita or two — this place rules. Muchas gracias!

Came to the taco truck based on the reviews on here, but sat at the order window for 10 minutes waiting to put my order in. The lady was passing out food but didn’t acknowledge me and when I asked politely if I could put my order in she said«hold on» and continued to ignore me. Needless to say I left without any food. It was very disappointing as I was looking forward to some solid tacos. Won’t be going back.

A taco truck in the middle of Seattle? Si! Parking is simple. Very nice staff. They got good Mexican food for a descent price. Carne asada and quesadilla and tacos are good choices. if you’re very hungry then the Steak Ranchero is the perfect item to get. The salsa is delicious. Menu is available inside the bus. You can sit inside on rainy days or outside in the umbrella seating when the weather is nice. Cash and card is accepted.

I went here because the usual taco truck I used to go to had to leave the lot it was in because of construction. After looking at some reviews I was anticipating better but the steak meat was dry… sad. I think I’ll try some other place next time.

Delicious vegetarian mulitas! They’re like if tacos and a sandwich had a baby. Oh, and with sliced avocado on top. Yum! Best for takeaway. Enjoy a telenovela while you wait.

I don’t know if they changed owners or what the problem is but the service has definitely gone down. We waited over half an hour at 330 in the afternoon for 6 tacos.

I live close enough that I stop by here on a weekly basis. You really can’t go wrong, everything on their menu is fantastic. I highly recommend mulitas with carnitas, the torta with asada, and their breakfast burrito if you’re looking for a cheap and tasty brunch option. Definitely do takeout unless it’s really nice outside, but definitely a delicious and cheap spot.

Legit tacos in Seattle! And not just from a taco truck stand, but a taco bus? Yas! Though finding good tacos in Seattle can be hit or miss, this place hits the spot. I loved being able to go into the bus to order. Not only did it remind me of simpler grade school times, but its kind of fun to be in a different atmosphere and to sit inside if it’s cold out. But onto the food… The meat here was so good… Carnitas, asado, beef cheeks, and pollo. All seasoned so well with complex flavor profiles and everything tasted fresh and not too oily Tortillas were likely made off site, but I didn’t feel like it detracted from the food. I thought both the tacos and tortas were done very well. So happy to be able to try them and already looking forward to going back!

Anything is good here. I love this place and it’s my favorite joint to get Mexican food. Drooooooooooooooool. I always get three beef cheek tacos with a plain cheese quesadilla. It quenches my salty and cheesy obsession. Plus they always have a good selection of Jarritos. The portions are always ample and the service is always pleasant but down-to-business. They want their customers to order, get their grub, and mosey on their way. It’s a great little taco truck in the Rainier Valley. I love going down here and always get the same, delicious food. I’m never disappointed.

4 stars! It would have been 5, I’m sitting in front of this place, what use to be delicious tacos back then are now so different, the beef taco: little meat… And it’s tough, not marinated like it use to be… what happened to a full taco? Very stingy on the meat! Well I would only come back for the camarones! My fave! And they give you a lot! Yummmy

lunch food: beef cheek burrito and beef tongue taco. the meat itself was tender. soft yet flavorful. these parts have a beefier taste to it than normal cuts. dont think about how youre technically frenching a cow. dont. they have some other parts that i didnt bother searching online, which means i will have to try it next time. ***4/5 service: the people seem super chill. our order was filled fast. i thought he made a mistake, but it was exactly what i ordered. the cool part is you get to sit inside the food truck, unlike the other places where you have to find your own seating. it’s not the most fancy thing to sit around; it was hot and a bit muggy from the cooking. ***4/5 value: a great deal for mexican food. it rivals that popular«chili» burrito chain everywhere. under 8 bucks for a burrito and a taco. plus theres more variety of meats available and it costs the same regardless. they have plates too if you prefer that route and its way cheaper than some of the chain restaurants around. ***5/5

I am giving this place 4 stars even after finding a hair in my taco! I threw out the hair and kept eating. At a place like this, you don’t bother them about finding a hair in the food. The lady at the register would have looked at me, removed the hair, then would have given the taco back to me! It is a taco truck for gods sake, not a 5 star restaurant! A dollar per taco? And it’s not even taco tuesday? Get outta town! I had chicken and steak tacos and I loved their ample use of cilantro and onion. The tacos had a bit of spice and there is no ordering it «mild» so all you people who like bland food, this is not the taco for you! If I am craving tacos again soon and am in south seattle, I will definately be back!

These are the best damn tacos I had ever had! Stopped in for lunch today, and was a little confused on where to order. You actually walk inside the bus and up to the counter. The menu is listed on the wall, tons of items with a variety of different meats. I ended up going with a spicy pork, chicken and asada taco. And omg the asada is to die for. I ended up ordering two more for myself. $ 1.50 a piece, and you cannot go wrong with these, no matter what type of meat. I will be back soon. Like maybe tomorrow. Probably tomorrow.

This taco bus on Rainier is almost across the street from El Asador and is definitely the poorer choice of the two. The menu is extensive, but the same basics as most of these types of establishments. The service was really nothing to speak of. It all comes down to the food, because you’re clearly not going into a bus for doting service and ambiance. Unfortunately this is just not that good. Tongue was not trimmed nicely, meat was all diced, not fall apart delicious, and flavorings were on the bland side. While El Asador broke my long time aversion to Mexican food, Tacos El Asadero reinforced it. I would not recommend. Below is a comparison of the two trucks: El Asador Tacos El Asadero Meat Quality ++ - Meat Taste +++ - Tortillas + + Hot Sauce(s) 2, Green and Red 1 spicy Red Seating Outdoor In bus, outdoor Price Taco $ 1.20 Taco $ 1.50 Do yourself a favor and head across the street just a block North to El Asador and get fantastic tacos/mulitas/burritos/tortas with superior taste.

This review is just based off their tacos and mulitas. I have yet to try the other items on their menu but rest assured, I definitely will! $ 1.50/taco and $ 2/mulita. You can’t beat that! This is a super cool taco bus! I was surprised at how spacious the bus is inside and there’s seating in there as well as outside underneath their tent. I’ve tried the pork, beef, and chicken mulita. My rankings of them would be: pork, then chicken, and finally beef. As for the taco, I would say chicken, then spicy pork, and then beef. I definitely want to try the beef cheeks, fish, and other interesting meats the offer. FYI. Mulitas are grilled tortillas that are like taco sandwiches with avocado, cheese, and other garnishes. I definitely want to try the taco, enchiladas, and quesodillas. okay basically everything. PS. CASHONLY!!! You can also call ahead and do take out! Also their salsa is SUPERSPICY!

I was convinced that I would not be able to find a good Mexican place in Seattle… and I found one! Look out for a school bus painted white parked in a deserted parking lot next to a used tire place on Rainier Ave – it houses the best taqueria in Seattle. This is not a greasy roach coach spot. It opens early and closes late(breakfast, lunch, and dinner under $ 20?!). The tacos are so flavorful, the burritos are filled with meat(minimal fillers), and the sopes remind me of the ones in Mexico! Many people sit outside under the canopy in the summer; inside the bus there is enough seats for six people. The only things missing from a great taqueria experience are horchata and tamarindo, but I will just bring my own next time. Cash only.

If you didn’t have your GPS on, you would probably miss this taco truck. Especially in the dark. I think it’s pretty awesome you go INSIDE the truck to order. You can also eat in the truck! They have about 7 stools to sit at. The concept is quirky and fun. There is also covered seating outside which would be fun in the spring/summer. The tacos and enchiladas were pretty tasty. We got our order togo and dishes were nicely packed with little sealed cups of hot sauce. I saw someone order the burrito and it was MASSIVE. Must order next time. Best part is it’s inexpensive.

By far the best taco truck(or bus I should say) around. I wouldn’t consider myself a taco connoisseur, but these are some damn good tacos! I’ve been to all the other taco trucks in south Seattle, but this one is definitely my favorite. The tacos are always over-filled(yay me!) The asada is packed with flavor and isn’t too fatty or greasy. The cilantro, lime n radish is always fresh(no dried out veggies here)! The tortilla isn’t too thick. I haven’t tried the other varieties of meats but they have a lot of choices, more than other trucks. I love the tacos but I love the sopitos more! Mmm so many layers of toppings! Meat of your choice, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and cotija cheese. The bread is hella bomb too; it’s kinda like fry bread. Just go here, forget the other 50 million taco trucks
