Found myself another authentic Mexican taco truck. Cheap price but super yummy n tasty food. Specially the beef is the best I have tried out of all my taco truck addiction.

I love Mexican food and I was excited to try this place but the tortilla and the meat were both burnt on my burrito. I will give them another try soon but safe to say my first experience was not a good one

I don’t even really like Mexican food but this place is amazing. As others have mentioned it’s just a truck and a clear plastic dome for eating on site. The food is delicious, the herbs are fresh and the prices are insane. $ 1.20 for a taco, $ 1.70 for a mulita(like a mini quesadilla), and $ 5 for tortas/burritos. You have your choice of meat for most items and that allows for steak, shredded beef, beef cheek, beef tongue, shredded pork, spicy pork and chicken. Surprisingly, the chicken is a standout, although the tongue and cheek are great too. They will give you hot sauce, both a mild green avocado base and a spicier orange, and I suggest you mix them together. Just give it a try!

Tacos were delicious! This is legit Mexican street fare. This place is essentially a taco truck with a car port that serves as the dining area. The dining area will keep you out of the rain but not from the temperature. If you want good food and don’t need ambience this is the place to go!

Pretty good Mexican food. Actually the first time I had the steak ranchero and it was amazing, very saucy. Second time around it wasn’t as artsy and saucy. I’ve been craving it for awhile since the first time I tried it. The burritos are pretty good too. Overall really good, a little inconsistent.

Extremely tasty and authentic Mexican food from a truck, rain or shine. Friendly service and a bit cheaper than the more famous bus down the road, and my daughter and I actually prefer«this» El Asador’s steak burritos!

Great little family owned Mexican taco cart. We always get great service and food here. Try the mulitas, they are amazing and of course the tacos are all great. We have never had a bad meal here and we have been here at least 100 times.

I’ve never had better Mexican food. I know that’s a bold statement but I promise you this is THEBEST there is in Seattle. I’ve had many different taco trucks and I’ve sat in the restaurants but nothing compares to this. El Asador is authentic to the core, none of that tex mex, which I do love too. It’s a little truck with a nice outdoor seating arrangement, I’ve always been in the evening but I’m sure it’s perfect during the day. The menu is laid out well and they have pictures that display exactly what the plate will look like — its not like those places you go to and your food comes out looking different than the picture! The tacos are the best deal at $ 1 each. I’ve had the beef and let me tell you yummm they’re served in corn tortillas with cilantro and onion on top. The flour tortillas taste homemade but I’m not 100% sure about that, they’re great either way. The chicken and beef is always perfectly seasoned not too spicy but you get a great flavor. Rice and beans are like any other place, they’re just plain olé rice and beans. Come hungry and bring cash because that’s all they accept. Get this place on the map!

Am I back in Mexico? Oh this place is heaven. I love everything I have tried there. My regular choices are: Veggie burrito Shredded beef tacos Shredded beef quesadilla Sopes My friends have enjoyed the tacos de lengua and the carne asada burritos. You can’t possibly be disappointed with this place. They have so many authentic options for you to choose from. You can even sit at one of their ‘patio’ bench tables and just enjoy the sun! Don’t forget to get extra green salsa. You will love it! Bring cash because that’s all they accept. $ 5 for a fat burrito is totally worth a trip to the ATM!
