Susie did a wonderful job designing and installing a garden for the patio of my new townhome, as well as selecting and installing a container garden for an upper balcony. She is a great listener and pays attention to the mood you want to create for your outdoor space. I have the odd situation of only being able to access the patio garden THROUGH the house — she was very respectful of my home and managed to keep things clean, even though all outgoing and incoming plant material, soil enhancement, etc. had to come up a couple flights of stairs and through my living room! (Through a carpeted master bedroom for the balcony garden!) She was extremely easy to work with and faithfully kept appointments. Her husband came back to adjust my bubbler fountain at no extra charge, and she gave me some great recommendations for a patio heater (I nabbed an artsy-​looking one off a website she helped me discover, at 60% off the regular price.) I also had a good experience with the contractor she recommended for the landscape lighting. While she doesn’t accept credit cards, she does take PayPal to which you can connect your credit card. I highly recommend Susie Landscape Designs!

I seldom write reviews, but am making an exception in Susie Thompson’s (of Susie Landscape Designs) case. I want to get the word out to everyone regarding the exceptional service I have received from Susie. She was referred to me by a friend, and right from the outset, I found her to be someone who was extremely good at what she is doing. She had a pretty complex project on my yard, that involved starting from scratch, and meant a complete overhaul, including extensive hard landscaping. Being new to gardening, I had no clue as to what the entire process entailed, and decided to place my trust in Susie. I gave her free rein on what to do in my yard (except for wanting to make it an «easy maintenance» yard), and boy, am I pleased with her work. I have to say that I am pleased beyond words at the results of her hard work and dedication. The yard is now a place of pleasure and pride in our house, and friends/​guests never fail to compliment us on how beautiful it looks. Susie’s involvement with us did not end with completion of the project. It has been more than a year since the yard work was completed, but she continues to visit from time to time, do the needful, and offer us friendly advice. Also, I must add that she helped us make selections in choosing indoor plants. Bottom line, Susie (Landscape Designs) will be the right choice for anyone looking at a landscaping project, and even more so for somebody like me, who does not know much about gardening. Her work is nothing short of perfection, and her service is always friendly and polite.
