This is the worst subway I have ever been too. They messed up our order and refused to make it right. After telling us that we can’t speak to a manager and that the employee who made our sandwich isn’t here and that it isn’t anyone’s fault but our own for ordering online and then not being able to come back right away to ‘trade’ sandwiches. We were told that we were stupid for expecting a manager to be here and that if we want we can go elsewhere. I’m going to be filing a formal complaint with HQ. And HR. This is unacceptable and we will not be treated like this.

If I could have given this place 0 stars I would. I went and ordered 2 sandwiches which when I got home were in correct. I took a bite out of one and went right back. The customer service is piss poor. I can’t believe they have people in management who are so incompetent. I had to tell her as a customer that I was not going to sit there and argue with her. I will not be returning to this place.

I work at one of the neighboring hotels at night. There are few options available for food after midnight in this area unfortunately. Its nice to have subway as an option. The food is not the issue at all. Their sandwiches are always really good. My issue is more so with the staff. There is one girl that works in the evenings, She is always really nice and she makes great sandwiches. The other girl that works at night though is really hit or miss. On one occasion earlier this week I went to get a sandwich for me and a coworker, She was actually arguing with the other girl that I really like. Right in front of me. She even started throwing food around from my friends sandwich. The whole situation made me feel really uncomfortable actually. I will be back since its one of my few options I just think I will probably be asking for the other girl going forward.

I haven’t eaten at Subway in years and there are very good reasons for it but last night I was with a good friend and he was going to Subway so I went with him. At first I didn’t plan on eating but after entering, I decided to buy a sandwich. This review can sum up how I feel about each and every Subway franchise location so it’s really nothing personal to this particular location. I’ll start by saying that the employees here are very nice and took great care of us. The woman sort of ignored us when we pointed out the mass of sugar ants that was crawling all over the floor but it could have been that she didn’t understand what we were saying to her. Over the years since Subway became a household name, I’ve come to hate them. I hated them even more after I worked at a Subway location for a time but I really do hate the company and all of the independent owners too. Subway does not care about their customers. Yes I said it! Subway only cares about profits and cutting corners. They don’t care about the customer experience or satisfaction unless you are willing to pay extra for that satisfaction. They boast that they use quality fresh ingredients and that’s a lie. You can tell just by looking at most of their food that is was shipped to them in boxes frozen and defrosted in the store. A lot of times the actual veggie are slimy or wilted or discolored or worse. They do not slice the meat onsite in the stores, the do not make the dough for their bread onsite in the store. The bread comes frozen in logs of dough and is thawed and baked in the store. The only prep work that is done in store is the cutting of the vegetables. They pull the meat out of the boxes and then combine the different types of meat together so that they can just slap them on whatever sandwich you order. So the bologna and salami and ham all come in different boxes but they take a few slices of each and put them all together on the wax paper so that when you order a cold cut trio, they can just slap it down as fast as possible and get you out the door. They don’t weigh there sandwich toppings but they sure do everything they can to save money by barely sprinkling them on your sandwich. Did you know that the standard amount of olives that they put or are suppose to put on any given sandwich is 6? 6 slices of an olive so in translation, you get roughly one and a half olives on your entire foot long sub. I hate the sandwiches at Subway because I feel like I’m eating a giant mouthful of bread with very little contents on the inside to actually make up a sandwich. If I wanted to just eat bread, I would go to the Gai’s outlet and purchase a loaf. The only thing that Subway has ever had going for them was Jarred for one but he’s currently getting his foot longs from another source and the five dollar February sales and marketing campaign where they actually sell you the sandwiches for what they are actually worth and still make an amazing profit because of the volume of business that they do. If they would do that year round, they would be golden as far as profits go. Especially since they save so much money on food costs by skimping you out of a real meal. My advice is to never eat at Subway. You are not a valued customer, you are only a profit earning device to which they use as often as they can and screw you at the same time. There are a lot of other options when it comes to sandwich shops and they all offer better ingredients, better products and a better experience. Pot Belly, Jimmy John’s, Specialty’s bakery, Jersey Mike’s, Red Rock Subs, Georgio’s if you can still find one, Tacoma Sandwich Co., just to name a few and probably even Quizno’s. I saw we stop patronizing Subway until they learn the value of their customers and start producing a quality product at a fair price but you can make you’re own decision. This is just my opinion. Thanks for reading and take care.

Subway is usually basic with OK sandwiches and decent service. Not this one — they had an attitude and it was not good. They didn’t listen — mixed up our orders and overall were not what I am use to in Subway. To top it all off — they didn’t have the senior discount. :) I eat at Subway a lot and this is probably the worse one I have been to in a while.

I just order the new 6 inch Chipotle guacamole today at 1200. It was shown as loaded with guacamole and Chipotle sauce. Mine was dry and not worth the $ 9 I just spent on a large drink and terrible sandwich. The girl making it didnt even know huacamole was on the sub. Now i know why the raitings on Unilocal are so bad and no customers in the store. The only reason I gave them a 2 star rating was a different female employee greated me upon entering the store. I have no desire to ever try this sub shop agsin.

Worst fucking Subway EVER!!! People working here are assholes and they are out of everything and don’t care. Even argued with me when I said soda was flat. Save your$$ and eat elsewhere

All their bread is undercooked and flat, the person taking the order acted irritated at every request, the workers there seem to view customers as a nuisance, and they all talk really loudly to each other in another language.

It’s Subway and it’s 24 hours. I wish I had this where I live because a healthy option at 2am is always great.

Open 24hrs. That’s so awesome. The best location for a subway to have. Walking distance from my home is the plus. The staff is so friendly and very welcoming at any shift. Graveyard shift employees are the best. Fast with making your food and always having everything stocked and never have to stop and wait for them to make a fresh batch of veggies or meats.

This is probably the worst subway sandwich and experience I’ve had in the last year. The people didn’t speak English and didn’t seem to have any idea how to do their jobs. The sandwich was a gooey mess, and the tomatoes were pale, almost green.

We stopped here for a snack, after a looooooooong debate on whether to walk 10 – 15 minutes down the road to the nearest diner or not. I pushed for Subway. I love Subway. I just can’t think of any reason to not give this place the full five stars. They’re open 24 hours. The staff told us to let here know when we were ready to order as we took our time deciding. She was not the quickest but very attentive and did here job properly, which, for us, made for a great tasting toasted footlong teriyaki chicken sub to share and enjoy. They seemed to have a uni-cultural staff here, starting with the lady who seemed to be the owner, and she was at the till closely monitoring everything. I’d eat here again.

This one is open 24 hours, just a regular Subway, they didnt have French or Garlic bread there at 11PM at night… anyway, the guy had a very solemn look on his face like he didnt want to work there. He looked bored and no energy at all, but who could blame him. Its a graveyard shift, but the veggies at this location tasted fresh to me and the bread I chose was good. Its a good place to grab a healthy sandwich to eat late night rather than a greasy fattening burger or oily fries from down the street. Glad to have found a 24 hour subway close to where i live!

Located near the Seattle airport, my family and I decided to stop by this Subway before driving up to Canada. We’re a family of 5 people. When we came into the store, it made the total number of customers in the store: 5 people. Where do I start? The service – terrible. There were two people behind the counter and they were tapping their fingers as we tried to figure out what we should order. Maybe they just weren’t used to having this many customers? Anyways, we finally started ordering and the lady making our sandwiches were rushing. I wanted to tell her it was okay for her to slow down and that we weren’t in a rush. She would finish one sandwich somewhat sloppily then look at the next person and snap«Next.» They were out of a few things and she seemed annoyed when one of us would ask for a topping that they didn’t have that night. At this point, I started getting annoyed. We eventually got our four sandwich orders in and it was time to pay. The other lady on the cash register had trouble remembering the kind of sandwiches we ordered and I had to repeat it back to her. She ended up charging us for some extra add-on toppings we didn’t get. Now, the food – she got half of our sandwich orders wrong. For all her rushing it would do her well to SLOWDOWN and actually put the right toppings on. Geez.

I visited the Pacific Hwy Subway this morning on my way to work and I have never been treated as I was treated by any Subway staff. There were 2 ladies, 1 older who was running the counter and 1 younger lady who was prepping food in the back. I told the older lady running the counter that I wanted to use a breakfast coupon which states«Free regular breakfast sandwich with the purchase of a breakfast sandwich of equal or greater price». The older lady spoke to the younger lady in another language and the younger lady said«we don’t take those here». I replied«it’s a Subway coupon and this is Subway what do you mean»? She then came from the back preparation area and said«ok you can only use it on that one breakfast sandwich but not any of the others». I said«I’ve never heard of that it doesn’t specify which breakfast sandwich you can use it on and I’ve used one here before and didn’t have a problem». She then said something in another language to the older lady and the older lady began to make my sandwich. After making my Sandwich the older lady rang me up and said«In order for me to give you a free sandwich you have to sign a release form saying I gave you a free sandwich». I then replied«What!!! I’ve never heard of anything like this, what’s going on something is phishy Id like to speak with a manager». The younger girl said«I am the manager» I replied«I’d like your business card» she replied«I don’t have one». So I said«what’s your name»? to the younger lady and she said«why I’m not the one making your sandwich» so I turned to the older lady and said«what’s your name» and she replied«I don’t have one now get out!» I would never ever go to that location again in my LIFETIME and i will urge friends and family members to do the same. It literally left a bad taste in my mouth.

… it’s OK, normal for a Subway. This one manages to stay quite busy, but the last time I was there I saw the lady take the knife used from whatever was being cut previously and it was still covered with unidentified goo and meat byproduct parts and used it without cleaning to cut the person’s sandwich ahead of me. Like … totally gross & stuff … I keep and eye on them now … this gives them my two star rating from the Sub average of 3.

Hmm. I am more than a little disappointed I am not the first reviewer. But I just got over it so let’s go onto the actual restaurant. I saw the obvious little manager lady with the black hat carefully monitoring her employee who was speedy, polite and more than a little flirty. Everything is well refrigerated, clean and they are just fine with proportions of the little pre-portioned sandwich meat in those dainty white and red containers. He changed his gloves a few times, it could be I was a bit out of it since I don’t remember when– but I’m sure he knew why. That level of hygiene is always appreciated. I’m kinda a sucker for the sweet onion chicken Teriyaki thing.

So here we have it folks. By the Airport there is now(and yes I know the suspense is killing you) a 24HOUR Subway. That’s right you can have a sandwich anytime of the day and then catch your flight to TimBuktu. There pretty fast with their sandwich making skills and I have yet to come across an ill prepared sandwich. Check this place out if your in the neighborhood.
