Sean was fantastic very helpful. We stopped in for a rainy day treatment and he was very personable. Got a pikes roast grande sized. Thanks guys! Great coffee, great service.

I stopped by this Starbucks on my way to the Purple Store. I went through the drive-​thru.
The drive-​thru is a bit tricky. I nearly hit the pavement that is practically the same colour as the road, but I swerved just in time. I placed my order and the barista was friendly. My order was perfect.
There weren’t too many folks at this location. I was the only one at the drive-​thru. I was there and out in less than three minutes.

Drinks aren’t consistent. One day they are weak. Next day they’re super strong and bitter. Also they have a hard time remembering soy, and for those of us who can’t handle lactose, that means hours of misery for a consistent mistake

I normally hit up this location up after yoga, it’s my little treat after working out. The staff here are always so happy! Drive thru is the only way to go here, parking is super limited.
So glad it’s Pumpkin Spice latté season again! YUM!!!

This has to be one of the slowest @Starbucks — When it’s busy, they only have one barista on the bar. Or a new barista that shouldn’t be on the bar during a rush.

First time here. 9.15 a.m. 6 cars in line ahead of me. I was in line less than 5 minutes! Unbelievably fast service. Really friendly staff. Would definitely go here again often!

Situated in the lobby of the AGC Building, this SBUX is a pretty decent location. They have several parking spots clearly marked but if you don’t feel like heading inside, they also have an easy drive-​up location. There is also ample outside seating with a view of the water, for (the handful of days) when the days are balmy.
I noticed that the sandwich case, pastries, and savoury items were always well-​stocked. I attend a monthly staff meeting in one of the conference rooms so half of my co-​workers end up grabbing something to eat/​drink before heading upstairs. Dining area kept clean and wiped down. The queue was never more than 2 – 3 people and if it did, another person would pop out to help the counter.
Some of the reviews mention the overly friendly barista staff here. I haven’t encountered over-​the-​top friendliness, just a nice level of customer service. I mean, c’mon Seattle. Have we gotten so crabby and jaded that we eschew all friendly attempts at small talk? Be pleasant to the person making you a coffee drink, okay? They do that all day, every day, so don’t be THAT person.

I am of fond of a Starbucks! Great location on south lake union with a view of the lake and space needle. Quick service and yummy chai tea lattes. Nothing to complain about and nothing over the top spectacular over other Starbucks’.

Very friendly staff, food and coffee came quickly. The staff there is always happy each time I come in, sometimes joking with me. You can tell they clearly like working with each other as well as where they work. Drinks and breakfast (sometimes) are done as expected and taste like Starbucks.

Convenient drive thru off of Westlake Ave near my workplace keeps me coming here. Staff are friendly and very efficient. Only complaint is that often the baristas at the window can be overly chatty and in an awkward forced way too, as if they are encouraged by their manager to keep a convo going with clients who are waiting. Sorry but I typically am trying to catch up on email or stuff and these awkward forced chats aren’t welcome.

This is the best Starbucks in south lake union. I come here daily and usually use the drive thru, I never wait extended periods of time. They do a good job restocking the bar also, which turned me off from the dexter location.
The staff at this location is also very polite, but not overly excited to the point where they want to know every detail about your day (I hate being interrogated about my day from somebody who I don’t know when all I came there for is some coffee)
Overall this place is the most consistent Starbucks in south lake union in my opinion.

I love there is a drive thru so close to my house. The coffee and bakery items are pretty standard for Starbucks. The employees here are great, they always are friendly and seem to really enjoy their job.

Great place for baby!!! They have bathrooms outside the Starbucks that I use when I walk around South Lake Union. Also the staff is always nice and the another positive the coffee is always black and warm. I also used the drive through when baby is in toe. Having a kid is hard but drive throughs are the cats pajamas, no unload and reload. Also enjoy the setup so my oversized jeep fits in drive through with no issues.

The location of this Starbucks, right on the shore of Lake Union, is spectacular. They even have a handful of parking spots, although as I sipped my coffee and people watched, it appeared that most of the weekend crowd walked to this place.
This Starbucks has a generous amount of seating, all tables and chairs. But, I bet it gets crowded on weekday mornings, and at break time, during the work week since it’s plopped into an office building. The restroom is in the office building itself, and it was THE coldest restroom I have ever been in. I think it was warmer outside, and it was about 28 degrees the day I stopped in here. There was a S-​bux employee in the restroom at the same time I was, and she shared with me that the restroom is always freezing cold.
I ordered one of their new vanilla spice coffee drinks, non-​fat with no whip. The drink is advertised to have «a caradmom twist» to it. However, the cardamom is in the special sprinkles they put on the drink’s whip cream topping. No whip, no sprinkles. I paid extra for what amounted to a plain old vanilla latte (and to be truthful, a S-​bux vanilla latte tastes more vanilla-​y).
Great waterfront location, spacious for a weekend meet up with friends, not-​so-​fantastic coffee drinks. Specify exactly what you want when you deviate from the norm. Oh, and dress warmly if you think you may need to visit the loo.

This is my drive-​thru Starbucks location, so I don’t get inside very much, which is good — it means their drive-​thru is efficient! And, they are super friendly here, always willing to chat with me and make my day a little bit brighter!

You get a view of the Space Needle when sitting in this Starbucks. There is no clover at this location yet. However, this location does have a drive-​thru. The seating is not particularly comfortable but there is a patio with outdoor seating. So if you are just looking for a Starbucks with a decent view from the windows, this is your place.

I take a walk around Lake Union and sometimes stop by here.

When you are actually running early for your kid’s swimming lesson at Safe N Sound swimming (below China Harbor), this is the place to be!
It is a drive thru Starbucks — the service has always been quick & friendly. Besides coffee, they do have pastries. Including the new cake pops — which is the perfect little taste of sweetness for me to share with the kiddo!

When you’ve got less than 3 minutes to get your caffeine fix, this place is perfection! The barista got me my drink with about 30 seconds to spare and much to my surprise, it wasn’t too shabby.
I’m not sure if they’ve got pastries b/​c it was early and all I needed was the pure stuff, but the barista was very friendly, the transaction was smooth, and I didn’t have to deal with the store (the music, the machines, the mugs. the frappuccinos!) which is worth it’s weight in gold. or beans.
