Real metrics for real effort, real hard. Every serious cyclist would agree computrainer time with a group or team really beats most other types of training. Tim does a great job here. Simple layout, great prices, and well worth the patronage. Good job guys.

This is one of the best kept underground indoor bicycle training resources in Seattle. The location is tucked away, so make sure you have accurate directions. Tim Becker helped developed the Computrainer system and is a 5 time age group duathlon world champ. He knows how to get the best out of indoor training. Sessions are very small groups. This is not a big box training facility.
