I’ve been working with Sarah for a few sessions now, and I really enjoy the experience. She is a wealth of knowledge and her kind and supportive nature made the experience of moving from a pretty unhealthy way to eating towards doing better. Instead of trying to turn my whole way of eating on it’s head all at once, each session we focus on one or two things I could change. Slowly, I’m changing and it doesn’t feel like a big effort and it feels sustainable. thank you.
