Customer Service Sucks, Very Expensive Quote. I called and left a message asking about service, no one called me back. I called again, this time someone answered and vaguely told me to come in the afternoon. I came in the afternoon, after going round and round trying to find the shop. The attitude and ambilance reminded me of a shade tree mechanics place, the only thing that was missing, was an old labador retriever and customer service. I will never waste my time with them, they had thier chance.

Had the Viper 5901 system installed on my 2010 Corolla. Excellent service, was willing to follow me to work when we couldn’t find an appropriate place nearby to do the install.
Adam was very friendly, very accommodating, and very professional. I could tell he really had years of experience. He encountered several issues with my car, such as a dealer installed KARR alarm that was wired up wrong and certain possible defects with the backup battery I purchased, but he wouldn’t give up and was not willing to hand me over a vehicle that wasn’t up to his standards. He didn’t rush the install but really took the time to make sure everything was done right.
Overall a very very positive experience and I highly recommend Seattle12Volt to anyone who has been feeling a little reluctant about dropping off their cherished vehicles in name brand stores with installers of questionable skill and expertise.

Adam recently installed a new stereo system aboard my Motor Yacht on Lake Union. Totally a custom job and the final product was better than expected. He is very professional and is committed to getting the job done on time and on budget. Very reasonable for the level of service you get. I just had a major car stereo install done on my Subaru Forester by Adam. Adam showed himself to be very knowledgeable and experienced and helped me design a system for my own particular requirements. Although it took quite a while to get it all completed, due to fact that it’s winter and raining a lot (unless you have a garage, he ‘ll work on it in your driveway), Adam was able to work around those issues and got it done. The install went great and sounds wonderful (I’m more into precise sound than waking up the neighborhood). Oh, and I highly recommend having him put dynamat or some similar product in the doors to sharpen the acoustics. The way it works is you order your own stereo equipment online where you can get the best prices (his web site has a direct link to Amazon and you can find everything there) and he’ll install it for you. Ask him for suggestions for what will and will not work in your car and you can build from there…
Great experience, I’d use his services again anytime. Oh, and the prices were really reasonable, much better than what you’d get from a store-​front stereo installer.
