Use to come for the Hu Tieu Nam Vang and Phở. Now she works at Spring Garden in Seattle (1032 s jackson st, seattle, wa 98 104)
The same hu tieu and phở that i used to eat at phở seattle. Amazing
I only put 1* so ppl would read this post. she really is a 5* chef

I don’t go here for Phở. This place served the best «Hu Tieu Nam Giang in Seattle». Parking is in Phuoc Loc Tho or you can park near Safeway.
Service is friendly and fast.
