Three stars because I’m being generous for prompt and courteous service. One of the things you have to get right when making PHO is the broth. This was so watered-down I could barely tell it was a beef broth. Basically slightly flavored water with noodles and condiments. Won’t be back.

Garbage phở and the customer service is horrible. Girl had a major attitude problem. I’ve never written a bad review before this one. But after the food and quality of service I got I just had to.

I used to come here frequently. After getting extremely rude service repeatedly I have decided to never visit again. In general, the food is pretty good but the one time I ended up with a moldy dish the owner demanded I pay for it despite the mold. Sorry, but you should treat your customers better if they have been coming for years and accept the fact that mistakes get made. Don’t show up in the evening as the staff are really tired and rude.

Mmmmm… Love the phở. Good quantity and nice flavor. Need to clean out the fish tank though. :-)

CLEANTHEFISHTANK!!! Good place to stop in and get good food. Price is a bit higher than im used to but the food sure makes up for that. Fast service so if you are in a rush its okay, but the FISH tank whats up with that? Disgustingly green water you cannot see the fish –2 stars for that now Im thinking if you dont clean the first thing you when you walk in, Whats your kitchen look like eeeeeek… But the Bathroom seems cleaner than the whole place odd its normally the other way around.

Came in for lunch with some co-workers and we were all very pleased with our meals. I had the beef pad Thai spicy and a shrimp spring roll, both were excellent. The prices were good and the food came quickly.

Run don’t walk… AWAYFROMHEREPLEASE! The lady that runs the shop is deceivingly nice. I came in and she was more than happy to take my order. It was all downhill from there, granted it was a larger order, needed to paid for separately(work lunch), but overall nothing complicated. I ordered a shrimp noodle bowl and asked if they could add tofu, «no problem, $ 1 extra» ok that’s fine, is it seasoned? «$ 2 extra» ok? So $ 2 extra for seasoned tofu? «Yes» wrong wrong and wrong. $ 3 extra for tofu smeared in hot sauce that I asked to have put on the side. Note: I ALSO ordered tofu spring rolls, and she ALSO charged me $ 3 to put soy sauce on them. Not happy, not happy at all. On my way out I asked for a box, she said we don’t have any which is ok. But please don’t tell your employee who wanted to help me to the car that I’m fine, when clearly I’m about to drop everything all over the side walk. Rant aside, the sauce for the noodle bowl was bland, and that’s saying a lot. It’s made of fish sauce! Noodle were cooked perfectly but the shrimp that was originally in my order were very much missing. There were only 3 total, for something that’s usually $ 8.75, I’m not pleased. Also there was lots of bell peppers and not a lot of basil, green onion, the traditional noodle bowl fixings. Lesson learned, I will not be back.

Not very good and not terribly fresh. I have had much better. Cost was minimal, so was their service. Get this… We were the only ones there. We wont be returning.

Phở Ha has grown on me over the past couple of years. As the quality of Than Brothers fades I see Phở Ha as a place that holds steady. I think the broth has improved(or I’ve become accustomed) and the phở ga is not like anything I have had before. I still wish they would pickle their veg for the bahn mi but I can overlook that.

This place is alright. First of all, the parking is pretty hard to find during peak lunch hours. Most of the Boeing workers come over here and take it all up. Second, they usually have plenty of seating during lunch but I do want to comment on the fish tank in the middle of the room with the green water. They really need to clean that, it’s disgusting! As far as food goes, this place is OK to me. The phở is decent and they have a good deal for a sandwich and a large bowl of steak phở($ 10). The sandwiches should be improved however. All the sandwiches that I have eaten here had stale bread and not that much meat. I’ve had the vermicelli bowls and the just don’t have enough meat in it either. Overall, this place is pretty mediocre.

I absolutely love their phở and banh mi combo. It’s perfect when you can’t decide what to get. In addition, both the phở and the banh mi sandiwch are exquisite! This is a place I could eat everyday since they have lots of great options. You also feel like you are eating at the owners kitchen. The food has a home-made touch I love.

I must be on a bit of a Vietnamese food kick lately, because I sure seem to be eating it fairly often, and thus, trying out new spots — Phở Ha being one of them! Make no mistake, the highlight of this place seems to be the cost — It’s definitely one of the cheaper spots to grab a bite to eat in the area, and they have a stupid good combo deal(A small bowl of phở + a bahn mi for around what many places charge for just phở!). The service is friendly/super fast as well — You won’t be waiting around for your food, that’s for sure! Ultimately, I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite Vietnamese food spot in town, but it’s a damn good deal for the money. If you’re looking for something decent, quick, and cheap, that’s what this little spot is!

Ordered a grilled shrimp noodle-salad bowl and an ice coffee with condensed milk. The shrimp was cooked in a pan/wok, not grilled. The noodle was boiled and drained, which was a first for me. I’m used to getting cold, vermicelli noodles for these types of bowls. The coffee was weak with coffee grounds at the bottom.

One of better phở places in the area, the soup is quite flavorful without overpowering MSG taste. The banmi sandwiches are above average as well. I normally order phở with tendon in new Vietnamese restaurants. While tendon is on menu every phở joints I’ve been to, it’s one of those dishes people don’t normally order. So it’s really easy to mess up phở if you are not careful with ingredients. Here it tasted very good, which makes me happy.

Think about this: overall, it’s hard to make bad phở. On the same note, it’s hard to make stellar phở. It always seems to float around a 7/10, barring any major disaster, right? So why, oh why, did this get a five from me? Four words: con-sis-ten-cy. OK, maybe I meant four syllables, but I digress. I have had phở at least twice a month here for nearly two years, and it has always been great. I started throwing in other food items, just to see how the rest of the meu was, and it was solid good food.

Phở Ha is my favorite place to get lunch on workdays. Every place has their own twist on the Vietnamese sandwich and Phở Ha is no exception. The meat tastes like it’s been marinated in something sweet, salty and loaded with MSG. The veggies are plentiful and cut bigger than I’m used to. To give you a visual, the carrots and daikons are about the girth of ¼ of a pencil. Yes, that’s right. If you cut a pencil into quarters, the long way, that’s about the size of the veggies. They also don’t skimp on cilantro or jalapenos. The ambience is perfect for a lunch time retreat. It’s dimly lit with sparkly black formica table tops and cane chairs. It’s very clean and has a fish tank in the middle. Classical music is always playing. I like to sit alone at a table, reading my book until my food comes which is usually about five minutes. They have all of the necessary condiments at every table which is huge. Chili paste and soy sauce can make any pile of plain old rice into something delicious. I always get a can of pepsi. They quickly provide me with a glass of ice and a straw. They do some magical thing to the straw wrapper that looks kind of like macramé. I’m a sucker for good presentation.

I almost drove past it and pulled in the parking lot next door to turn around. It’s small inside. Service was quick. The owner seemed to know quite a few customers and came out to chat. The large phở was pretty large, with lot of animal in it. It was a little on the bland side and I was pretty liberal with the rooster. The condiments were fresh, which you can’t say in every place.

Vietnamese happy Meal!(Oiy, i’d give this a 2.5 if I could) I think this is the only place that offers a Vietnamese Sandwich and a small bowl of Phở for the price of one. Nestled in the middle of nowhere, Phở Ha is a small restaurant that serves a small sampling of Phở, rice dishes and sandwiches. The phở here is average at best in taste, but the beef in the soup is bountiful. For those who can taste the msg, the msg is there, so don’t forget to drink plenty of water. I opted for the Sandwich and phở happy meal… I’m sure McDonald’s does not appreciate the copyright infringement’s…All of that aside, the meal is well worth it. Go for the Chicken Sandwich vs. the beef. The beef sandwich does not taste fresh. With that said I give the sandwich a 3 star rating, particularly because the bread was so Delicious, light and fluffy inside, crunchy outside. The Vietnamese coffee is not worth getting so pass on that one. The diners here usually consist of Industrial workers, Boeing folk and odd riff raff. A diverse group of folks, looking for a good deal and good food. Try it out if your driving around lost, it’s not all that bad.
