Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had just gotten to Seattle and cancelled a previous rental and decided to try Enterprise. Sam the manager was very helpful in not only helping me get my rental quickly he also made sure I got the most competitive rate. I would definitely use this location again. Great, efficient customer service!

Quick and simple. They have a very friendly staff who makes the customer satisfied by meeting their needs.

This Enterprise site is AS GOOD AS IT GETS! Brent Cook, Assistant Manager and Sam Nokes, Branch Manger are number 1 customer service. Made sure I had the car I needed — I use them every time I need a rental for work! Sam is amazing — centered calm and customer focused.

Despite being flooded with customers and only having one guy on staff to help everyone AND man the telephones, I had a good experience at this small rental location. I have to say that Sam is the best Enterprise agent I’ve dealt with. He multitasks like a boss, and was able to help everyone out in a timely fashion. He got me in the Passat I wanted, and even called a couple days later to make sure everything was still good.
Oh they also pick you up from the shop, too if your car is being repaired!

Absolutely the best rental car experience I have ever had, hands-​down. Sam and other staff members were fabulous and made what is usually a painstaking experience (one way of another) actually pleasant — dare I say even enjoyable? Yes! Everything went smoothly and Sam even gave us a free upgrade to a Mini Cooper: Premium! We loved it! Everyone at this location who we encountered was super professional, classy and friendly. Taylor gave us a ride to a nearby café (and helped us with our luggage even though it was pouring rain) after we returned the car and she was cool and professional, as well. Gold stars and A pluses and other accolades to Sam and this location of Enterprise. Bravo.

This was one of the best rental experiences I have had yet. Sam was extremely helpful not only in making sure my rental needs were not only met, but also being able to accomodate for special request in a helpful and speedy matter. The price was also right which helps when you have a family of four. Would definitely recommend this place, thanks again Sam!

Sorry i can give this location one star. Something was so wrong with this location. Although Sam was excellent with customer service over the phone and at the service counter, but he was too busy to ask a question. He was the only one who was answering lots of incoming phone calls and doing paper works for customers who came returning and picking up car rental at the same time. He also had to go out to show and give car key to customers as well. The day i came to rent the car and the day i came to return the car i heard the same thing «other staffs were on lunch break». He was the only one running the show. None of other staffs helped him at all. So imagine not only the long waiting time and no time to talk or even ask a question about the rental agreement much less anything else!.They did not have a TV or a little coffee table to keep customers from frustrating, boring while waiting. I was disappointed to choose this location. I used the one on Aurora location a year ago was so much better and professional. This location is seriously needs help!

I was looking for a kids friendly car with a DVD. This location has the most friendly staff, prompt and courteous service. I was highly impressed by their level of professionalism and service. Check out was a breeze, and I got the choice of my car. I highly recommend this branch.

Quickest and easiest rent a car service I’ve been to. Ever. Got in, told them what I needed and for how long. Took my information and left with keys to a rental car in no time.

I’ve rented from many Enterprise locations in the US, but this particular one, while small, is my favorite! I had to take my daughter school shopping out in Tulalip and with my own car on it’s way to the auto shop for repairs, I didn’t feel comfortable driving it. I called this location on a whim. It was a Friday evening (around 4:30pm) and they closed at 6pm. It was about as last minute as you can get and I figured the odds of them having anything I wanted to drive were slim, but they were close to my house so I figured it was worth a shot.
Leah was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. My initial reservation for a small-​mid size car turned into a free upgrade to a 2014 Dodge Charger AND they do price matching! I was promptly picked up in what would be my car for the weekend and the process was incredibly quick. Less than 10 minutes. Will definitely be returning for my car rental needs in the future!

Why go anywhere else. These individuals are deicated and under pressure they are stellar when it comes to customore service. I was so impressed with their service

SCAM ALERT from Georgetown Enterprise Car Rental. Rent elsewhere. Or learn from my 8÷3÷12 car rental experience.
advice:
1. Do NOT accept car w/​o a full tank of gas. Enterprise employees, Mel and Craig, tried to send me off with a car with a ²⁄₃ full of gas tank.(somehow this is ok w/​corporate policy). While they do not have gas reserves on site, there are 3 gas stations within ¼″ mile.
2. Be careful when returning during closed office hours. They charged my credit card for an extra day without authorization as I returned car on Saturday afternoon (office closed from Sat Noon until Mon 7:30am. There is a car key drop box.)Take a cell phone picture with time date of key return. When I called the office about being incorrectly charged for an add’l day/​Sunday, Cody instantly reversed cc charge, which was nice, but suspicious. Suspicious in the fact that Cody did no investigation on this and instantly claimed that it was a new employee’s mistake. hmmm.
3. Make sure they have an email address to send all credit card charges. They didn’t ask for one upfront and I only knew about unauthorized credit card charge when I called credit card company to check.
Office hours are short, which is understandable given this location. Don’t trust their system of off-​hours return. Don’t trust Enterprise.

You really don’t expect to putt for a prize while you’re waiting for your car rental agreement, but then again, you don’t expect to be wowed by a car rental company. I had a college friend that was hired right out of school by enterprise and she always said that this was a progressive company. In the sea of car rental companies out there, that always stuck with me. Instead of being disappointed, Enterprise went above my expectations. The people at the office were young and energetic. You could tell they enjoyed their job and the result was excellent customer service for me. I wasn’t upgrade or anything like that. This was just good old fashioned customer service at its finest. What else do you need?

I had to do a super long rental for work. I got my first car which was not what I had originally requested (or rather, what my company requested) because they did not take into consideration how many people were coming. REALLY poor planning on their part. So I drove away in a car after standing around for an hour… Yes there were a ton of us, but they KNEW there were going to be a ton of us.
I had to exchange my car, but they did not want to try to accommodate my schedule. They always asked if I can try to make one of their time slots. –I’m not an employee of Enterprise… why would I make accommodations for them? Strike 1 in their customer service department.
When I came back, I had to leave on a commercial flight out of SEATAC so I called to alert them that I was planning on taking my car back to SEATAC instead of their usual lot. They told me that its the only car of that kind that they have, and that they would really appreciate it if I don’t drop it off at SEATAC… they wanted me to drive the car over to their offices and exchange it for a difference car that I could leave at SEATAC. I explained to them that I work at night, 12 hours and that I sleep during the day. I was staying in Greenlake, they could come and swap it out for me… Not the case. They said its «too far» and persisted to asked if there was any way I could maybe get there anyways.
NO! I really was not interested in waking up early, driving to their office to exchange for a car that THEY wanted back so bad. If they want a car back THAT bad, they can come «pick me up». Strike 2 and 3.
Bad bad customer service. I have gotten an attitude from them before. Not okay for me. F– for service.
Not to mention every car I have gotten had an empty tank of gas, which in my eyes is cheating because you can never return it exactly with an empty tank of gas. They always win with a little more gas than they gave it out with. Their cars have always been kinda dirty too (have found previous renter’s rental agreements in the center console).

Good, friendly service.
I first got a 2-​door Cobalt which I quickly learned to hate. I was able to switch this out to a car in the same size class with 4 doors that I preferred so much more, a Sentra. And NO HASSLE from the guys at this Enterprise location. We made the switch and off I drove into the sunset.
(I’m lying about the sunset part.)

I arrived on time for my appointment (10am) and waited outside with a crowd of angry customers who had been waiting for over 2 hours. Our numerous calls to customer service simply received a response of «they’ll be there in 15 minutes». Calls to the local # went to a voice mailbox. Eventually, 4 employees arrived all at once! When I finally get my car, they parked it backwards so that it was directly in front of a light pole in the middle of their parking lot (with the pole in a blind spot behind me) and when I backed up, I nearly hit it.
A lack of attention and an unprofessional attitude linger over the satisfactory customer service at this location like a dark cloud. They also decorate their waiting room with offensive images of bull riders which makes the room stressful and depressing. The employee claimed he had no way to communicate my concerns with his superiors — which is a very frustrating thing to hear.

Ya know renting a car can either be a major pain in the butt or it can be a pleasant experience. You never know what you are getting yourself in to until it actually takes place!
WOW and a 5 stars hell ya to this Enterprise location. They opened the office door for me when they say I was carrying the «Lady K’s» heavy as all get out suitcase up the stairs. They offered a glass of water while we were waiting. They made small talk but not BS small talk.
A great way to start and finish what could have been a miserable experience but wasn’t in the slightest way. Thanks Brandon and Team Enterprise Seattle!
