The only reason I can’t give a 5 is because I get ordering anxiety here! You really need to know what you want. I really need a checklist type system to know what the options are. I feel like their ordering process really does take some experience to get to know. I’m a big fan of their sandwiches and bagels. Lots of selection, plenty of healthy options, and well priced. Great for counting calories and modifying diets. Lots of room to sit and eat and enjoy the Seattle scenery.

Completely mediocre in my opinion. Stopped by here while visiting Seattle for a quick breakfast, as I’ve heard so much about Noah’s. Staff was friendly, but the bagels were nothing to write home about. I’ll try some place else next time.

SOSO happy to discover there is a Noah’s Bagels near my house after frequently going to the Kirkland or UW location. Great bagels, good prices and delicious smears! I will be here often!

The breakfast sandwich bagel cost 5.40 with tax. It was a half-bagel(step on cost any way possible eh?) sausage, cheddar and egg. By the time I walked back to my office, it was a soggy bagel PUCK. No flavor, save a little bit of seasoning from the sausage. People were great, product was Meh.

I love coming to this Noah for coffee each morning. A large coffee allow you free refills throughout the day. Bagel with schmear is awersome, and on a happy-medium when it comes to the healthy level. I rarely purchase lunch sandwiches from Noah, I just feel like their sandwiches are too greasy, fattening, and over priced. Overall, Noah has a great environment. The staff are super friendly where they get quite personal with you. Monica and Ericka are my favorite! They address my coworkers and I by our names. Often times, we invite Monica to sit with us while we have our morning coffee and she’s on her morning break. Thanks for your service, Noah’s Bagel! Update: 7÷18÷2012 Monica is no longer with Noah’s, took the joy out of going there… :(

I usually avoid bagel shops ‘cuz the cheapie in me knows for a fact that I could get a dozen bagels and cream cheese for the price of one gourmet bagel at a bagel shop. It just doesn’t make sense. However, when I’m too cheap to buy a full lunch meal, not hungry enough to get my normal taiwanese lunch soup, and in the mood for somethin’ cheesy and crunchy and bready, I come here. That’s like, three times a year. This shop is really convenient to my work, on the first floor of the City Hall building. I love that they have all their bagels prominently displayed behind the window glass, allowing me to do some hefty window-droolin’ before picking my carbo-loaded bagel of choice. They ran out of the jalapeño/cheese bagel today, unfortunately. I ended up getting a tuscan cheese bagel with jalapeño-salsa«shmear». It was fantastically tasty, but the shmear totally overpowered the tuscan-y taste. Next time I’ll save the ~90 cents and go for a plain/asiago cheese bagel and let the delicious, spicy cream cheese take over my taste buds. Service is awesome and quick here too.

I had a meeting in Pioneer Square and was so excited when I saw this place! Even though I had already had breakfast, I decided to go in for breakfast #2. I hadn’t had Noah’s Bagels in many years so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I remember there being something about salmon being good, so I selected a whole wheat bagel with salmon and an iced coffee. Well silly me: the salmon is a smear. it was pretty good but I guess I was a little disappointed it was a smear at the time. Don’t know what I expected for that price because $ 1.60(or something like that) is really too low for actual salmon, but at the same time, seemed a little high for a smear. The service was pretty good. Everyone was fast and polite and after I asked them to refill the milk, they thanked me for my patience. Great salmon smear, good bagel and ok coffee, but a little pricier.

A decent bagel in a pinch. Noah’s bagels taste mass produced, not much character to them at all, however, they are better than you’ll find at the Safeway or QFC and do nicely when satisfying a bagel and cream cheese craving on the run.

Clean and bright inside and open early. Good, chewy bagels available in lots of flavors and they will even toast them. Just the ticket after a long night and early morning.

this is as good as it gets in Seattle for bagels so far… and it’s right close to my work. Not the ideal NY bagel, but it’ll do.

I had a lovely time here this morning and will definitely be going back. I am not a connoisseur of bagels or coffee. I merely had a good meal and a pleasant time here. Salted bagel and lox. With coffee. Bagel, cream cheese, and lox. That was it and it was great as it was. The coffee was pretty good too. The place was clean, there wasn’t a huge line, and the service was efficient. They did seem to have more sweet bagels than I am used to seeing, but a lot of the regulars(everything, sesame, salt, pumpernickel…) My husband did say that previously, he only went here for the coffee and thought the bagels were just ok. After tasting my bagel, he’ll be back most often for that.

First of all, I’m an east coast bagel snob. I grew up in Ithaca NY, home of Collegetown Bagels, and I go to school in Boston, so I’ve been to Cape Cod Bagel in Falmouth MA. These places have the best bagels, I’d live off them if I could. While visiting Seattle, since I really like it and am seriously considering moving here after I graduate, I had to make sure it had good bagels. I tried a place on 1st and they were good enough. Yesterday I saw Noah’s while doing a geocache and visiting my boyfriend, who works in Columbia Center, and was interested. So I came back today. SO much better than the other place– the bagel was toasted perfectly, the people were MUCH friendlier, and it’s nicer inside. Plus they actually have plastic knives so I can spread the cream cheese better myself. Took off a star because nothing will ever be as good as Collegetown/Cape Cod, and because I wish they had more cream cheese. But still, I’d definitely go here again. Other reviews say it’s expensive– I got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and a bottle of water for $ 4.71. Prices have gone up at Collegetown due to flour prices or something, but last I remember it was somewhere around $ 4.30 for the same thing, so it doesn’t seem that bad to me. Another review said it’s OK if your bagel standards aren’t from the east coast– well, mine are, and I love this place!

I have to be honest, I have only partaken of the breakfast selection at Noah’s and have found it to fit the bill(especially the Lox and Chives Bagel Mitts). Noah’s has quick eats at a reasonable price. They have an efficient system for order taking and paying so you can move through and out(if you are in a rush). The staff at Noah’s is very personable and the dining area is clean and laid out nicely.

I was excited to try the new bagel bites but was sadly disappointed. I had the cinnamon and sugar ones. I could barely take a bite they were so tuff. It was like they had been sitting up there for days. My husband, however, tried the pesto cheese bagel with sundried tomato cream cheese and it was very tasty. Its an ok place once a blue moon. Defiantly would not make it a regular happening.

Mm, tasty turkey swish sandwich on garlic bagel melt, reasonably fast service. This is an okay place for lunch as long as your bagel standards aren’t from the East Coast.

I will agree that their bagels are grossly overpriced! However I do enjoy these bagels, maybe I just dont know where else to go or I like the fact that its right across the street from my office. I have yet to have a bad experience here or a bad bagel for that matter. I like them and so do the people in my office, so on fridays we take turns picking up a box of bagels. Now I will say I made the mistake of getting one of their preselected boxes of bagels. These are supposed to be their«most popular bagels,» I can say that they were anything but popular in my office. I have since learned and hand pick the bagels now. One thing that does piss me off is that if you want one of their special bagles they charge you and extra $ 0.70, S#*t, a bagel shouldn’t cost more than $ 0.70 alone! Damn you Noah and your expensive but tasty bagels

The people who work here are so nice it makes me sad to give them a bad review. But COMEONPEOPLE these bagels are crap! Chocolate chip bagel??? Seriously??? Are you having a bagel or a cookie — CHOOSE! Sadly, I have eaten breakfast here the last 3 days and even lunch today — I am pathetic.

I’ve never actually set foot into any Noah’s Bagel location… but I waited. My potluck crazy co-workers bring food to work for every possible reason and for a bunch of non reasons too. So here we are again this morning, and for the 100x someone brings a box box of mixed offerings from Noah’s. Maybe I just have bad taste in Bagel’s…but I do not like these bagels. Even when I toast it to try to fix it, the chewiness of the outside dose not sit well w/my palate. at all. I’ve tried them several times, fixed different ways, and I like the flavor, I like the texture of the inside, but just cannot get past the horrid chewiness of the outside. blah.

This is a new store in the same building as city hall. Every thing is bright and new and staff is very helpful. Prices are average for a chain place, but the food is good and they are very fast when it comes to service. I love this place for breakfast. You cant miss with a bagle and coffee.
