Michael did not only do an excellent job showing us around Seattle to help us get to know the various neighborhoods, but also did an excellent job in helping us find our «dream house.» His turnaround time was perfect — he even worked late into the evening and on weekends. He went above and beyond what I would expect from an «agent.»

Our home search shifted from Seattle to Tacoma and Michael had no problem making the trek to show us properties multiple times during our home search. He is courteous and accommodating. I work the graveyard shift and sleep during the day which made our search more challenging. Michael was mindful of not disrupting me with non-​urgent updates and questions during times when I worked but contacted my partner instead as requested.
