We learned this summer that we had an issue with our well water, and we turned to Valley Pump.
Despite the fact that they were totally slammed during the height of the summer, they helped get our water tested, and when the results showed that we had no choice but to have water filtration be installed in our pump house, they really went above and beyond to fit us in so that we could again have great water.
In the end, our project came in right on track with the estimate that we had received, and we couldn’t be happier.
After the installation was completed, we actually ran into two (very minor) issues at different times, and Alex and the folks at Valley Pump NW took care of the issues immediately. It’s great to have them available and know that they stand behind their work.
I had actually called them once a year previously to ask about something odd with my well, and they gave me some tips to try since it would be awhile before they could come out. It is this dedication to helping the customer that prompted us to call them this year, and we are so glad that we did.

Following one of the recent storms, our well quit pumping. Pump was old and was expecting to have to replace it. Called Valley Pump, they came out same day and confirmed pump was still good and just needed a new pressure switch. Could have very easily sold us something we didn’t need. Reasonable service call fee. When our pump does go out, we’ll be calling them.

This company came in with a bang and then sent a bill that blew us out of the water! Never have worked with a company that has 3 times the mark up! Tried to call and discuss and was hung up on!!! VERY BAD PR!
