IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment with, and staff on the phone were incredibly rude. I was shocked. They wouldn’t give me a temporary prescription that I needed to hold me over during the THREE month wait for an appointment, and then hung up on me when I asked if there was any way I could get on a list to be seen quicker. When I have seen the doctor, he was okay. Didn’t really have much to change or say about my current acne regimen(I was switching doctors when I moved to Seattle). Also, they make you pay about $ 10 for parking, which is think is really tacky of a medical professional. But I guess that’s Polyclinic.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Leaf regularly for over 20 years. I’ve had over 20 skin cancers removed by him and his associates. He has become my family dermatologist, as two of my daughters also go to him. I recommend him to anyone who asks for a referral. He is more than a suburb doctor, he is a great human being. He always takes great care to explain ever aspect of my disease. I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Fredrick Leaf.

Dr. Leaf is awesome. I’ve had acne since I was in high school. I’m now 32 and prior to seeing Dr. Leaf was STILL struggling with acne. Hellooooo, annoying! I mean, really, over 15 years of dealing with it gets tiring… and at times, hopeless. After seeing Dr. Leaf, he put me on a low dose of antibiotics and I haven’t had acne for over a year. Well, I’ll have a break-out every now and again if I get lazy and procrastinate on my refills. But he is a miracle worker. He’s also very friendly, very knowledgable(which should be a given with any doctor, but not always the case), and pretty cool all around. I’ve never had to wait long for my appointments. I see him really early, so that might help. I also get my annual skin checks to make sure I don’t have skin cancer. I grew up going to the beach a lot and getting way too much sun. So I also get that done here once a year. I think everyone should do it regardless of sun exposure. Anyway, definitely check him out. I like him. He’s great. !!!

Truly one of the best dermatologists in the Seattle area. Was frustrated seeing other doctors for a while and they could not figure out my condition or treatment. Heard about him from a friend. Dr. Leaf diagnosed it quickly and prescribed the smallest dose of meds which turend out to be the most effective treatment. Highly recommend.

Wait time was lengthy(but what do you expect from any doctors office really?)…and that is my only complaint. Went to see the doctor for a condition Ive had for years. I heard more from this doctor regarding my condition then any other ever has, within 3 minutes. He really made me feel better and helped me to understand things in a new light. He gave me a scipt with refills(usually I have to come back and pay for another visit for a refill), and that made it all even better, considering i have no insurance. It was not an expensive doctor visit and was extremely worthwhile for me. Every person in the office was pleseant, informative and helpful. Thanks for unintentionally giving me a great welcome to Seattle! Good luck all!
