Never even made it to one appointment! I postponed the first appointment one month ahead of time because of a business trip, the second appointment was postponed due to a crazy snow storm (you know the one I’m talking about), and I called on the way to my third appointment to say I was running fifteen minutes late because of an accident on the highway. They told me not to bother coming and that they wouldn’t reschedule, since I had missed too many appointments already. Wow. I understand that doctors get busy, but there was no understanding from these guys whatsoever. I was really shocked by the way I was treated. I’m sure Dr. Gross is a great doctor but I wouldn’t waste my time dealing with them.
