She was the realtor that helped find a buy my house back in 2003. A class act that found the house I wanted and nailed the negotiations that helped me win a bidding war for it.

Laurie was my agent on both a sale and a purchase.
For the sale, she used a genius photographer. His photos were beautiful — to the point of making my house look better than reality. The house was under contract in 4 days, which was unheard of because it was the lowest point of the market and the average person was having trouble securing a loan. The buyers agent was less than present, but Laurie made sure we closed on time.
The purchase was tricky. The house was a foreclosed historic home and in an uninsurable state. Laurie clued me in to 203k Rehab loans. With the loan I was able to get the house livable. She worked her tail off to help coordinate plumbing, electrical, foundation, etc to satisfy the terms of the loan. It was crazy, but we got it done. I’m very appreciative.
