My sister insisted we come here while in Fremont. I cute little sandwich and soup joint that used to go by the name Nana’s. My white chicken chili was pretty delicious but nothing too spectacular. We came at an off time so I am not too sure how busy it gets at meal times but it was nice being able to sit out on the patio and enjoy the summer sun.

Korner Kitchen was originally known as Nana’s Souphouse. They still have the same recipes, but added some new items and soup recipes. They also sell sandwiches and salads as well. Oklahoma Chili with a corn muffin — My favorite soup during the winter time White Chicken Chili — Amazing as well Corn Chowder — I love corn! This is absolutely tasty. Creamy Tomato Basil — Perfect for something simple for an unsettled stomach They have even have some cold soups for the hot weather. They are a perfect fix. I have tried basically on this menu from the soups to the salads to the sandwich. Nothing from here will disappoint. The staff is nice and always smiling. They try their hardest to be quick with the orders.

This place is amazing when its cold and raining outside! Or when you have a sore throat. Or if you’re hungry. Or if you need a small snack. Basically at all times of day… especially in Seattle. Many of their sandwiches are grilled, served on delicious bread(Essential Bakery I think). I recommend the turkey melt. They have vegan, vegetarian, and meat soups served in cups or bowls. I recommend the white chicken chili and the baked potato soups. They have lots of combos of soup/sandwich/salad to meet any of your hunger needs. Serve free drip coffee too! FYI Cash ONLY. But there’s an ATM in the 7Eleven across the street. The atmosphere is friendly and simple with lots of light. I think they also have outside seating on a deck. Small seating area inside, but I’ve always gotten a seat when I’ve gone. I recommend taking small groups there. Check this place out and share the love of sandwiches and soups!
