I would give Mike at KKWT more than 5 stars if I could! I had no idea what to do when I learned that the Snohomish county sheriff’s office had stopped serving small claims notices (I live in Seattle but the defendant did not). I’m glad I listened to the other Unilocal reviewers and gave Mike a call. It’s stressful filing a claim and preparing for trial and Mike makes this part part of the process so much easier. Service was exceptionally fast. He was even kind enough to remind me of my court date. I would recommend using a process server rather than going it alone or relying on the post office. In the trial that preceded mine, the judge almost dismissed another plaintiff’s case because of her inability to show proof of service.

I was in a serious bind on a Sunday night when my prearranged server cancelled at the last minute. Much to my pleasant surprise, Mike answered the phone and within a few minutes, arranged to meet with me the following morning to serve papers that law enforcement had been unsuccessful in doing. Mike was extremely efficient, showed up early and provided exceptional service on the very first attempt. I can’t recommend him highly enough — professional, reliable, effective and very affordable. Mike was great, his service was fast, affordable, and he got the job done on the first try. He replied first from the 3 process servers I contacted, he prepared what was needed, he realized I had a poor experience with prior process server and so he even had me pay once service was completed. That was confidence in his service, and he got it done quickly for less than the competition. This exceeded my expectations. Thanks! Will use you every time from now on.

I recently hired Mike from KKWT Process services to help me serve legal documents. I have to say Mike was extremely professional. I emailed my initial inquiry on a Saturday and received an email from him the next day. As I worked with him he was always available. When he didn’t answer the phone I left a message, and would get a return call the same day. My service was completed in a timely manner Mike prepared all the proper documents I needed for court as well, and sent them to me via email and mail. I live out of state and had a prior bad experience with another company so I was a little apprehensive. Mike stated that he does not charge till the job is done! If you need any legal documents served Mike is your guy!
