After a date with my husband I was craving a smoothie and my husband was craving a coffee, sadly they had no coffee and their smoothie wasn’t so great. The whole place looks like it’s ran trying to save the most money possible. They serve their food on a one time use plate and the area they cook everything literally looks like a small kitchen that was turned into a jam packed restaurant kitchen. The prices were pretty good, but then it seems like you get what you payed for.

I had the Teriyaki, so you didn’t have to. To be honest, I walked in because I saw the sticker on the window saying«Teriyaki.» I should have known better when I don’t see any real functioning kitchen in the place. Ahh, wouldn’t you know it, they popped the meat into the microwave, plopped some rice and salad on the plate and called it Teriyaki. And it didn’t taste that good. Perhaps I should have just ordered crepes instead. In any case, don’t order the Teriyaki!

Working around the corner at a coffee shop and I get hungry… I walk a block or so and see TERIYAKI taped onto a window. Thought I’d try it. Turns out they really should be JUST Crepes because I’m pretty sure this guy just popped my teriyaki in his microwave and served me week old wilted lettuce. This is my first review on Unilocal but I felt obliged to let everyone know that you do not want to eat the teriyaki here. Can’t give it one star though because the guy working here was super nice and it is a neat location. I guess I’m just the guy that fell for the mislead advertising. Shame on me.

This is now more a teriyaki place than crêpe place. Seeing that as their specialty I got the teriyaki. They heat it up in a microwave. Friend got a crêpe and they heated ingredients for that in microwave too. Can’t say that impressed me at all. Food was mediocre.

This place is closed, even though their Unilocal account and phone number is still active. The«new owner» says the place closed two months ago… But they still offer crepes and have the same menu. Fishy fishy

Groupons won’t work here anymore because they changed owners. But that was the worst boba smoothie I have ever had. The only option for fresh fruit is banana strawberry. And the boba was literally falling apart without any texture. The smoothie itself was watered down and gross. To top it off there was a piece of paper in there!!! Seriously? And it’s not from the straw because the straw packaging is plastic. I hate giving one stars, but this place was awful regarding boba tea or smoothies. My husband and I both took two sips and did not finish our drinks. It was just that bad.

Very chill place. No fancy décor. But the crepes are really yummy. Very light. If you have an appetite, probably not gonna fill you up. We only had the sweet style crepes. Very good.

For what they lack in décor they make up in decent crepes. I ordered a ham and cheese and thai chicken satay crêpe. The crêpe texture is perfect, however I think the sauces used in the crepes could be improved on. The satay tasted too sour and almost made me not want anymore. I had added Sriracha to make it taste better. The ham and cheese crêpe was good, so I’d probably order it again. I also tried their lychee icee with boba. The boba was flavorful but a tough in the middle. They probably did not cook all the way through. Two stars for the fast service. My to-go order was done within 15 minutes and I was well on my way to enjoying my crepes and boba. I received a pleasant smile and thank you on the way out. This place has so much potential. I use to work in a boba store, maybe I can go give them some pointers. Don’t forget the 15% off coupon when you use Unilocal check-in! :)

The crêpe is decent for the price and the service is pretty good! The waiters are super friendly:) But, the bubble tea is too sweet… make sure you ask them to put less sugar in if you don’t like too much sugar.

Great spot for lunch. I came here with my co workers and we tried all the savory and dessert crepes. The New York was great, with a homemade dark chocolate sauce. I prefer nutella, which is also an option. I tried the moroccan crêpe which was delicious. All of my coworkers enjoyed what they ordered as well. Hadrien, the owner of Crispa came over after our meal to make sure we were all satisfied and was taking any comments and feedback, which was a nice touch. if you’re in the area and looking for something quick, but healthy… give this place a try

Everything I’ve had here is great! Sweet, savory, & boba! Customer service is top notch! My only recommendation would be to offer different size selections for their drinks. For me the smoothies are way too large so I will only go there if I have some one to share one with. ;)

Very tasty crepes made with fresh fruit and thick whipped cream. I had a blueberries and cream. Not too sweet and nicely filling. They have a good selection of boba tea. The two teas we ordered were on the sweater side so you might want request they make them less sweet. Boba was nice and fresh and perfectly textured. Not bad for $ 5 a crêpe and $ 3,50 for boba tea.

Haven’t had their crepes yet, neither have I tried their boba. What I did try was their bahn mi which had the best slices of bread and the freshest of vegetables and the vietnamese coffee which was freshly dripped and tasted as strong as south indian coffee with a hint of chicory and rich condensed milk. I am just overjoyed that I will live in the apartments above this restaurant and cant wait to stuff myself with all the great food on their menu. The owners n staff here are v sweet and welcoming. I sat there for abt an hour chatting with my bestie from the bay area and thy never tried to shoo me away :)

Nice selection of savory and sweet. All the crepes I’ve tasted have been pretty good. I sampled the breakfast(ham & egg), nutella + banana, and spicy tuna, as well as some of their boba. Nothing really stuck out to me, order depending on your food mood. Despite their name they have a considerably larger selection than crepes including bahn mi, smoothies, boba, and alfredo pasta? I guess it’s an ironic name. They also have off menu items; the space between their menu numbering gives it away(#1, 2, 3, 5). Nice location and service was good but some of the items seemed to take a while to finish, particularly the nutella banana crepes oddly. Also I came during Pride and they were totally sold out! :( A great treat if you’re in the area on a hot day.

This place is great !! The waiters, vince and hang, were quick and extremely friendly. And the music playlist was perfect. The food was priced really well. I got the bahn mi, amd being used to eating a lot of vietnamese food, I thought it was tasty. And the crepes were quite delicious as well. Definately coming back . And vince won a 700 person scavenger hunt. Respect.

Came in during a Sunday afternoon, parking was easy to find(and it was free). Atmosphere was very bright and welcoming. Not loud, thus carrying on a conversations was easy. I could not hear the street and monorail noise while inside. I saw the two owners knew their regular customers. The crêpe menu was plentiful and Vietnamese sandwiches are also offered if I wanted something heavier. Crêpe had the right amount of sugar, not too sweet. I had coffee this time and look forward to trying out the boba tea drink next time. I would definitely revisit.

One of the owners wrote a very nice message to me asking to give their establishment another shot. I went back in and ordered a strawberry and nutella crêpe. It was delicious — you really can’t go wrong with nutella! I don’t think savory crepes are for me, but when I am in the mood for something sweet, I would definitely come back in. I think the most important thing to address in this review update is the kind, hard-working mentality that the owners have. I really have to commend the owners for taking constructive criticism and working to reach out to their customers. The owners actually care about operating a business and really understand that what makes up a business is its customers! I would rather support a local business with polite, pro-active owners than one that has rude, pretentious staff! Thank you for reaching out — I am glad I gave Just Crepes another try!

I’m always on the lookout for crepes. I heard about Just Crepes through a coupon deal and bought it. I finally made it over there. The space is super cute — pink walls, dark furniture, and board games for amusement. I like the flavor and texture of the crepes. To me, if the crêpe is good, everything else can be tweaked to improve the product. The Thai Satay Chicken Salad crêpe had good flavor. The lettuce, chow mein, and dressing were as expected. The presentation was nice. The one flaw in this dish was the quality of chicken. It was rubbery and reminded me of «pressed» meats. That being said, at $ 5.75, it was more than reasonable and because the crêpe tasted good, I think I’ll give them another try. The Nutella Combo crêpe was very good, with strawberries, blueberries, nutella(what’s not to love about Nutella), and whipped cream. On this particular day, I got the oreos and ice cream as add ons. Both were nice additions. At $ 4.95, it was a yummy dessert! I tried to get some bubble tea but they were out of tapioca. I can’t drink bubble tea without it and really, who would want to? I’ll have to swing by again soon to check it out. The staff is super friendly and that goes a long way. They tried really hard to make the food beautiful, had great conversation, and genuinely seem like nice people.

What a cute new addition to Belltown. I hope this place prospers and lots of people come in for the crepes. They are pretty delicious. There is a savory menu and a sweet menu. I tried a bite of the breakfast crêpe and the flavor was extremely good. I think it had eggs and ham in it, I don’t remember at this point. I got the nutella/fruit combo crêpe. The berries and bananas were very good with the Nutella. However, the crepes are not that filling so if you’re actually looking to get full I would pair it with a bubble tea or another crêpe. The bubble tea was a little disappointing — for starters, they don’t have the usual black tea but rather Jasmine tea(this is news to me). Also, their tapioca was not the best — not that chewy and kind of small. Sorry that the bubble tea didn’t work out for me, but I think I will come back for the crepes though. They were very tasty! And the owners look like really nice people.
