If guy that answers the phone is an indicator of how this company works then 5 big fat stars with alternating smiley faces! Jeff you are awesome!
I just bought a used IPad online and when it arrived there was a problem that he helped me solve. I had been calling for an estimate for a repair, after calling several other local repair shops, (who’s prices ranged wildly) and this chap took the time to ask a couple questions then made a suggestion… and it worked!

The day I cracked my phone I put in my info and minutes later got a text from Jeff! He met up with me THAT day! He realized he didn’t have the screen I needed because I forgot to tell him what color but that didn’t slow him down he proceeded to ask all the technicians in the area if they had the right screen and he picked one up for me and met me again even though I’m all the way in Snohomish! This guy was SO kind and professional and had the best service I can imagine! Thank you jeff! So highly recommending him!
