A great little find in an unassuming location, Hardware Northwest and its owner, Leslie, made the process of choosing a large amount of kitchen hardware a lot less stressful. Compared to experiences I had before stumbling across HNW, Leslie was knowledgeable — she suggested similarly styled hardware to something I might be looking at, that was a lower price point. Leslie was accommodating — she readily loaned out or ordered (at no cost to me) sample hardware for me to take home and try in person. Leslie was up front — her pricing is fair and comparable to prices found online. Leslie was helpful — she talked through options and trends, pros and cons of shapes and styles and finishes, she is a walking wikipedia.
I can’t recommend Hardware Northwest enough.
