This was by far the best showroom we saw in months of trawling. Although we didn’t have an appointment, we emailed in advance, and received a very prompt response explaining what they do/​do not hold in stock.
We needed to pick up a shower unit at short notice, and Brynn was able to succintly explain the various options, and really listened to our needs in terms of product and pricing.
I found the selection and display to be pretty comprehensive (we found exactly what we wanted for our small-​ish bathroom remodel, but there’s a great range from super-​high end to more affordable fixtures, etc). Brynn actually took the time to explain why some models cost more than others, and was clearly very knowledgable about the products, and pricing. Didn’t feel at all like she was trying to SELL us anything, just that she eanted to HELP.
We bought the shower and walked away with it, pleased with the quality and the price. We returned later in the week to pick up a toilet unit (again, excellent seleciton and the price points were really very good) and if I have any other needs this will be my first stop.
Honestly, I hate the whole ‘redesign a room’ process. This showroom, and Brynn, made it better than bearable, for me, which is the highest praise I could give.

I called in advance to try to setup an appt (was told they are VERY busy on Saturdays and can’t do appts). I asked if they had options for smaller bathrooms; which they said of course it will be worth the drive here.
I showed up on Sat; we were the only people. They had no suggestions for fixtures for small spaces. I asked for other shop or website referrals or special orders and they were basically like sorry, I have no ideas or suggestions. Not worth your time…
