I bought sandals for my daughter here and she wore them one time and they gave her really bad blisters. When I went to return them the lady wouldn’t let because there was a little dirt on them. Of course there was. She had to wear them to find out that they gave her blisters!

Honestly I don’t know why Jeff is upset about the store credit, I’m not hating here, but from a shopper who has returned with and without receipts and gift receipts that is how policies go, you get store credit for an item ESPECIALLY WHEN it is a gift receipt, thats the intended gift from that store, they’re not going to give you cash for a gift receipt for an item you didn’t pay for yourself. Anyway thats my response in case anyone else is worried about that part. In that kind of case, get some socks or a hat for the kid if you don’t like the clothes there.
But I love Gymboree, its a great store with lots of cute clothing for kids. The staff is always friendly and its always well stocked with tons of new and stylish clothing for kids. Its a little high on the price side but also great quality too.

BE WARY OF BUYING GIFTS HERE.
I went to return an item with a gift receipt and was only issued store credit. I can understand without a receipt, but with one??? Really? What is the point of obtaining a gift receipt then? I won’t be shopping here again.
