I go here even though it’s a ways from my home. It’s worth the extra travel. Steve and his crew do an excellent job, and they put personal care into each item that comes through. They also do great repairs and alterations. :)

I’m in the military, so my standards are high. Uniforms were ready on time and immaculately done. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

This place is an utter rip off!!! They charged me $ 27.00 to dry clean and take a pair of pants from a 32″ inseam to a 30″ inseam. On top of that it took 1 week to get the job done. The customer service was at best indifferent. Do yourself a favor and go to Laura’s at the Northgate mall for alterations, she charged me $ 13.00 for another pair of pants I took after the less than«GLO-wing» experience with those thieves.

I’m a big fan of Glo. I have a cream colored winter coat that needs a dry cleaning approx. every 15 minutes(I am a slob, I have no business owning a cream colored anything). They are affordable, and seem reasonably fast. I even had a vintage velvet jacket repaired here and it came back looking great and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I think Glo is the best dry cleaner in the city and I love the customer care!

Okay it is going to seem weird that I have updated the review to five stars after they ruined a jacket of mine, but I really liked the way they handled it. They got black spots all over a cream jacket of mine. They let me know what happened, and then offered to pay me for the jacket or continue to try and clean it. I gave them more time, and they still were unable to get out the spots. I filled out a form and told them what I thought I deserved for the jacket, and they gave me a check for that amount. The process was quick and easy and at no point did they try and haggle with me for the price. Very professionally handled.

Great friendly service from a family owned and operated business. I’ve been taking my suits /uniforms /shirts in here for around 3 years and have never had any problems.

The place has been around since the 1960’s and has character. Great customer service and my clothes were clean too!

I’m a newbie at dry cleaning so I’m not sure what to compare it to(pricewise and quality), but I’m satisfied with the results. Service was nice. Dropped of friday and it was ready by tuesday. For a dress and coat it was about $ 21. Not sure if that’s pricey or not, but I’m willing to spend it to preserve those pieces of clothing. 3 dress shirts for the bf was about $ 8. Good work, nicely pressed, but I found that there was a part on my dress where stitching seems to have been loosened. Not a big deal as its a small stitch securing the«hanging straps’(those straps you hide inside, but use to hang up).

Reasonable prices. Open and close at convienent times. Are upfront about when something will come back such as leather cleaning(two weeks). They always check the pockets before they clean. I reuse the plastic bags they give me to store my winter or summer clothes to protect them from dust. Easy access to Lake City Way and NE80th St.

I’m undecided. I’m new at Unilocaling so I’m feeling like I’m letting one little thing influence my overall estimation of Glo Cleaners. The people are nice enough, and the work they do is fine, but but but… the cleaner’s bags they use are unnecessarily high quality. Cleaner’s bags are bad enough for the environment but the bags, the hangers, everything is, I fear, not environmentally sound. I know, I know… It’s a good enough place.

One of the best. A little spendy for pants & blouses compared to some of the other places I have been to in the past. Also this place takes a little longer than other places – but they do an exceptional job that it makes it worth it. They charge for rush orders, but if you are willing to wait 4 – 5 days, it’s decently priced for amazing job. The clothes come back perfect everytime!

Glo Cleaners is in my neighborhood. They do good work, efficiently. One thing I really like is that they open at 6:30 am so I can pick stuff up on my way to work. Which is nice.

The clothes come out perfectly every time. They’re a little pricey, and a little on the slow side, but the location is ultra-convenient.

My neighborhood dry cleaner rules! Not everyone can say so, unfortunately. If you haven’t checked out Glo Cleaners, please do so. They don’t charge for rush orders, are completely honest with both their service and their prices, and my clothes come back flawless everytime. If you’re feeling a bit more adventerous, then get some alterations done. They did a great job on adjusting my suits, along with some of my snappy trousers. Glo Cleaners has been around for several decades, and this place is full of smack and crack in the walls and ceilings. Nothing’s changed, but that’s a good thing in this case.
