I don’t understand all the bad reviews for this place. The dim sum is good, there’s parking, and the service is decent. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve been served right away. No complaints whatsoever.

Every time I come to Seattle, I always get shanghaied to this restaurant by family members. Again I was not impressed with the food. This time it was for lunch but I knew that going in so was not expecting much. What really bothered me was my loafers were starting to stick, like I stepped in gum. I later found out from my brother that he also experienced this. Turns out after I got back in to L.A. when I inspected the souls of my shoes it was pretty nasty. I will not speculate what it was. The best thing I can do is to insist on another restaurant. Oh yes, there was a party going on and the extension cord to a computer shorted it out with a big puff of smoke! Eek! Methinks not!

every single restaurant had long lines and no parking. This one had lots of parking. Shoulda known! Walking inside you’re greeted with a large barren space. One elderly couple sitting in the back. A Twilight zone kind of chill permeates the inside. The place is dark and creepy. The waitstaff seem to be from the cast of The Walking Dead. No smiles, no hellos, just bored looks. They yell at each alot too. Took about 20 minutes for them to take our order. The elderly couple couldn’t get any to-go boxes. The waiter got our order wrong. The place is generally unclean. Dirty glass, dirty floor, dirty spoons. No wonder no one eats here. Although the food was decent, the experience was totally bad.

The service here is WOWBAD! We came here on Christmas day. The parking lot was almost full so I was worried about finding a seat. When we walked in there were hardly any customers and they seated us right away. The restaurant was freezing cold and my husband zipped up his jacket as we waited for menus. The menus never came and I was getting pissed so we left. When we walked out some dude chased us and started yelling. I thought he was wanting us to give us another chance, which would have made sense. No he was yelling, «Move your car now!!» Um what the fuck? So we moved the car next store and ate at House of Hong which was delicious and fast.

Ate here by default as everywhere else in the ID was packed. They had their own parking lot with loys of space. That should have been an obvious sign something was wrong. Firstly, the place is HUGE and can fit over 400 according to the sign. There were maybe 25 people by my count. Yet we had to wait almost 20 mins for table. others behind us left and we should have followed. Sat us down the forgot about us for 30 mins. Finally took our order. $ 40 for watery egg flower soup, soggy egg rolls, bland dumplings and the only worthwile dish– crispy garlic ribs. will NOT return, maybe will just park there and walk elsewhere.

I love Four Seas Restaurant. There are always different API community events happening here. With that said, I am going to have to rate this restaurant strictly on the guidelines I rate any other restaurant. Unfortunately I give two stars for the food but three stars for the drinks – they’re always strong. I love the bar. It’s a great place to chill or have a huge party. There’s karaōke and their songs are pretty updated considering Bush Garden’s song list has been the same since 2010 :) This is one of my community favorites but this place gets a max of three stars overall. Wish I could give it more…

This place opens and closes frequently. Used to be good, so saw it opened last Sat. went in for dim sum. Food did not taste good, red chili paste was terrible. selection low and garlic spareribs tasted odd and old. Had the runs that night. My last time ever there… good night Irene!!! Last Tue still felt ill, had bloody stool that morning… went to my Doc. Also my daughter got very ill… obligated to report this restaurant to the Health dept.

Horrible experience! Meant to eat at this place but the restaurant wasn’t even open on time when the hour of operation said they open at 9 am. We parked there and walk around to get something to fill us up before the restaurant open(which we don’t even know what time?). My husband, myself, and my three mo this old son walked back to the cat just to see that our car was block by another car! Turned out it was the owner, he threatened us to call tow truck unless we pay him $ 10 for the parking. We tried to explain but he didn’t want to listen. We didn’t have any cash on us, he said he accept credit card. Let’s just say that was a bad experience enough. Had he open the restaurant on time he would have earn more money from us.

Terrible service, terrible food, and dirty dishware. We decided to try here instead of House of Hong, and then we ended up at house of Hong ten minutes later because the experience here was so terrible. There were barely any people there so that should have clued us in. A woman brought by a cart and we got rice, shrimp dumplings, and pork shumai. Then another woman walked up, and the serving woman took the shrimp dumplings off our table and handed them to her and they both walked away??? What the hell. My boyfriend’s tea cup was filthy inside and covered with lipstick on the outside, and when he asked for a new one, the lady walked away and never came back. The rice was incredibly greasy and gave me a stomach ache. So we paid and left. Do not go here for dim sum.

My girlfriend and I were trying to go to another place in the area, but parking was terrible(Dumb idea on game day, oops!) everywhere and this restaurant has their own lot. On their Unilocal page, it said they were closed on Sundays(possibly a reverse psychology strategy?), but we tried it out anyway and we were in luck! We ended up opening the restaurant at 10:30 and I suspect some of experience was unique because of that. We inspected the glasses and not all of them were clean. Gross. There was not a huge variety of food, but what they had was good and in HUGE portions. I certainly wouldn’t say it was great, but again, very filling. Since it was game day, we saw the manager/owner watching out the window and chase a number of people from the parking lot or into the restaurant. It was entertaining to watch, but I wonder if that leads to the lower Unilocal ratings. Many people left, but a few groups ate there, seeming reluctant. The service wasn’t great. Once we finished, we waited for a good 10 minutes for anyone to come by before standing up with the check in hand, only to have someone grab it from us almost immediately. It was another 5 or 10 minutes after that we finished up our final transaction. If you’re looking for food in a hurry, this isn’t the best place. Still, it was an incredible amount of food for a cheap price! I think the total came out to only about $ 30 for the two of us, which was crazy considering how much we ate.

A friend and I went to Four Seas today for Dim Sum around noon. It is the second place in the International District I have tried for Dim Sum. First, the manager and servers were very friendly. There weren’t many people in the restaurant when we got there and we didn’t have to wait for a table or our food. I loved that the dumplings were pan fried near the table. The chicken dumplings were fantastic. The pork ones were also good, but we preferred the chicken. We also had the green peppers with shrimp, sesame balls, deep fried pork dumplings, pork buns, and chicken egg rolls. We enjoyed everything but the stars were really the chicken pan friend dumplings and the pork buns. The bill came to $ 22.80 which we thought was pretty reasonable for all of the food we had. Service was good, food was good, I am looking forward to going back.

I regret going to this restaurant. 1. The food is way too salty, and greasy 2. The service is terrible, we raised our hand up, one of the servers moticed and pretended they didn’t see… like what the hell. 3. There were barely any customers and we didnt notice the hint. The restaurant is bad. 4. The utensils are dirty, even the chairs had crumbs the only good thing about this place is the wifi, they let you write how bad of a restaurant they are while you’re in the restaurant

I’m a usual at Honey Court but the line there was waaaay too long for me. Unfortunately, I made the wrong choice of being impatient and settling with here. Right as I walked in it was pretty empty. Just two other families inside. It was an awkward silence as well. I ordered crab ragoons, garlic chicken and bbq pork fried rice. The crab ragoons were over fried, almost stale tasting. Garlic chicken wasn’t garlic-y. Bbq pork fried rice wasn’t hot when served and the bbq pork was a little odd. Service wasn’t the best. Our waitress was rude. She looked like she hated her job lolllll. All in all I won’t be back. The food was mediocre.

Sunday, 12:00 o’clock. Looking for Dim sum. Jade garden and harbor city 45 min wait. This place was completely empty(even w free parking). As soon as I entered the waitress sat me before I could walk back out out of suspicion of no customers in cavernous restaurant. Ordered four plates for total of $ 16. Only ate 3 plates(I’m 6’4″ male) partly due to taste and fear of dirty food. Expensive lunch for experience.

I would give this place 3 ½ stars if you could to ½ stars. Came here with my guys for dim sum, and it was pretty decent. We had a variety of the dumplings and the fried ones were really greasy. The steamed dumplings were really good:) their chinese broccoli was really nice too.

I am a bit surprised this place is still open. Once upon a time the parking lot was full of cars and the line was down the street. I’m not sure what happened but the place has gone down hill. The dim sum here is just OK at best. Don’t know if it was an off day or it was the normal fair. The pros is there is parking, but other than that, the owner seemed very nice and humble to have people coming into his restaurant to eat.
