The only good thing about this place is that it is cheap. For $ 6.02 tax included you can get a burrito. I ordered a beef burrito and it tasted like they used instant rice. I couldn’t even finish it because it tasted so bad.

If mediocre Mexican food is what you are after, then this place is the life of the fiesta. Nothing remarkable at all. Service is average. Food is average. Price is average. It is food.

This is fast and cheap. Simple, not much variety and a quick bite. The nachos are good and you can add stuff to them if you like. Please know this is quick mall food not anything more than that. Limited choices but this is fast food. Better than Taco Bell but not any sort of restaurant quality.

Stopped into the Columbia Center food court one day to see if I could find some cheap, quick food. Fiesta Fiesta certainly satisfied the«cheap» part – I got an enchilada and rice for just over $ 5. It was a lot of food for the price and I was stuffed by the end of lunch. However, the service was SLOW. Despite the assembly line setup, I waited around 10 minutes just to order. I’ve gone to other restaurants in the food court, and have never had to wait that long to place an order. As for the food… mediocre. The rice had a nice flavor to it, but it was REALLY oily. When I was finished. the plate was soaked through from the grease. A little off-putting. And while the enchilada sauce was yummy and the chicken moist and tender, I was confused when my enchilada was made with a flour instead of corn tortilla. I could see getting a flour tortilla in a true fast food place like Taco Bell, but I had a little higher hopes for a place like Fiesta Fiesta. The service was also mediocre. I know they want to get people in and out as quickly as possible, but I didn’t see one person smile. I might be back out of sheer convenience, but would not make a special trip here.

Really close to my building so when I don’t have time to walk to the ID this is one of the few places I will eat at Columbia Tower. Sometimes there are minor communication problems when ordering, but since I don’t like Cheese I have that problem most places… Normal order is 2 Crunchy Taco’s and a Side of Guac. Then they customize your order with Salsa’s, Pepper’s, Tomatoes, Onions or Cilantro. They are always very polite. The Guac is pretty decent and not filled with Mayo or Sour Cream.

I like eating here because it is in my building and I’m addicted to Mexican food… diet-wise, I should really modify my eating habits, but when you get a craving… The burrito/enchilada plates are massive, easily enough to feed you twice. I usually get the chicken taco salad, and until recently they used to serve it in a deep fried tortilla shell. The ingredients and toppings are usually fresh and tasty, however the chicken and salsas and tomatoes are usually very watery or wet, so my to-go container(they switched to compostable) is usually soggy by the time I finish it. Other than that, I keep going back for more, and I’ve never had bad customer service or bad food. They are good at the«assembly line» service to feed as many people as possible during the busy lunch rush, something I appreciate when I usually have to go back up and work while I eat. Prices are competitive with the rest of the food court, a bit overpriced but appropriate for the Columbia Tower.

I have eaten here three times. Each time I thought that maybe I just had a bad experience before but I now realize that this place sucks. The food is so so but the people are RUDE. They all have very strong accents and I can’t understand what they are saying. That’s fine, I’m patient… wait, it’s not me getting frustrated, it’s THEM. Each time I ask them to repeat something they get an attitude with me!!! I’m sorry if people have a hard time understanding you but don’t blame me for it. As a result of the inability to communicate, my order has been wrong every time. The other reviewer said that 2 tacos with generous portions of rice and beans was $ 5.99 — that’s was a lunch special. Normally two tacos is $ 3.99 and rice and beans are $ 1.69 each. That makes it $ 7.37 + tax = over $ 8.00 with nothing to drink. Today I also found what looked like either rotten lettuce, cabbage, or jalapeño in my rice and beans. I won’t be going back here.

This place is not in Pioneer Square really. It’s in the Columbia Tower Building. And when I came here originally I was thinking, how good could a place in a large corporate building be? BUT… It’s actually pretty delicious and reasonable. Under $ 6 you can get 2 tacos, and a large portion of rice and beans!
