I visited this shop some two weeks back along with my friend and i really liked their clothes and even bought a thermal wear for myself. Hence, i visited the same shop for this Holiday’s sale. They have advertised about 40% off. But they have increased the price of all the items by 20−25%. I ended up getting the same t-​shirt for my brother and compared the price. They lost my trust and i won’t be visiting this place again.

Don’t ever pay full price. My order hadn’t even arrived yet and everything is on sale, they won’t adjust for the sale so I have to return everything to a store or pay for the return. The free returns evidently isn’t.

Probably the nicest Eddie Bauer store around behind University Village.
The staff is always welcoming and eager to help. I just love their First Ascent line of products.
If I had any complaints, it would be that their clearance section is small to non-​existant and the First Ascent gear is scattered through the store which makes it difficult to locate sometimes.
They always have sales and if you play your cards right, you can walk away with some real bargins…
The dressing room area in the back of this store is huge and probably one of the best I’ve ever seen.

Eddie Bauer is always a mixed laundry bag. Like the clothing industry as a whole, some years they have stuff I like and some years they don’t. Some stores have a great staff, some don’t. Compared to other other locations, I like this one for their service. I couple of times I have needed a change of clothes but no time to go home. No problem, I can buy stuff off the rack, put it one and pay for it! And unlike many Eddie Bauer locations, they always seem like a team over their: one person will great me and ask if I need help and if I don’t need it right away, others see that. So I am not asked every min by every employee in the store if I need help.
So, if you like the Eddie Bauer label, you cannot go wrong here.

I went in this store just to check it out first but then sales person said hi which was ok but then every time I saw something they jumped right up to me, its obvious they were kinda paid on commission probably but they were so jumpy and I was just trying to look, if I pointed at a bag someone jumped over to me and said something about almost anything I just looked at. It felt a little pushy but even more so like my space was kinda invaded by the sales staff, if it was once maybe that was ok, but I was just trying to check it out at the time. I don’t plan on shopping there for clothing. I didn’t buy anything though and give it zero stars for the service wasn’t really service more just pushy sales people.
