This is a great little food cart. It was the cart of the night at Spinnacker Bay Brewery during our last South Seattle Food Group get together. The owner is super nice and engaging. The Southeast Asian chicken tacos were good. There were three good sized tacos: chicken in flour tortillas with cilantro, jalapenos, and what tasted like a spicy peanut sauce. She also had a veggie curry that people said was very good. I was hoping for the meatball bahn-​mi, but I guess I will have to wait until next time. Pretty on-​par with Seattle food truck prices, which means more than you would pay in Portland and LA and other «foodie truck» cities; but the quality and quantity are good.

I’m veggie and when she didn’t have my usual order of veggie curry on the menu, she made me a veggie sandwich on toasted bread. It was full of fresh greens, carrots and an amazing spicy-​sweet mayo. I hope she becomes a regular at the Des Moines Marina!

Superb! I found her one Thursday at lunch near my apt bldg, and have been stalking the spot since. I am partial to the delicious Red Curry w/​chicken, and my bf likes that as well as the tacos. I haven’t tried the other yummy options, as the red curry has my heart. She does take cc, but cash might be an easier option.

The curry meatball banh mi (sp?), green curry and sweet/​hot habanero brittle were all good. Got to meet the friendly owner/​operator when she pulled up to my favorite brewery in town– Spinnaker Bay in the Hillman City neighborhood. She knows a thing or two about sauces!

Soooo good. Seriously. You’ll be hooked after your first bite. The bahn mi tacos and sandwiches are AMAZING. Her soups are so warm and tasty. Rice bowls are loaded with fabulousness. I’ve never been disappointed with her offerings. The name says it all. DELICIOUS AUTHORITHAI! YUMMMMMMMM Always hit up her food cart on Saturdays when she’s at Spinnaker Bay Brewery.
