I come here for lunch almost every other day! Super friendly staff, great prices, and the food is always consistent. Probably my favorite place to eat in the area!

Hands down, the best taco stand in seattle. I refuse to not eat any where esle then here. The Carne asada plate is on point for a big meal. If not 3 tacos will do the job. Love this place. You can call ahead as well

I love the authenticity of their food here, even standing around waiting for my food, smelling the aroma of the sewer reminds me of visiting my third world country. The tacos were on point, I was so hungry I forgot to snap shot a pic of the beef tongue tacos I had. The red and green sauces were legit! Their al pastore burrito for $ 6 is to die for! It’s big, it’s huge, it’s amazing! I swear, all these taco trucks should team up and run a full size restaurant. That’s mad money yo!!!

Love their $ 5 burritos and their sopes are solid(not quite the best in town, though). They take plastic and call-in orders. Pretty quick most days & their salsa, pickled carrots, etc. are spot-on.

Tripa tacos here are the best. Red hot sauce is spicy, like really spicy, and that’s coming from someone that has a high spice tolerance. The steak burritos are good as well; however, they charge to add cheese, sour cream, and guacamole which is ridiculous to me. They take card along with cash, which is convenient. Overall, I approve of this taco truck. Only thing is, watch out for the young girl that works there from time to time. She charges $$$ for extra hot sauce. Also, they don’t seem to take their conflict resolutions too well. I was accidentally over charged this one time; I bought 6 tacos & ended up paying $ 20 bucks for it. I disputed the matter and in return, received 6 free tacos that were completely doused in salt. Yes, purposely. Apparently the man cook and young girl wasn’t too happy about having to give out free food. Anyway, like I said, the tripa tacos are delicious.

I have been going to this Taco truck for about 2yrs now. I love their steak tacos, sopitos and tostada de cameron. I have had good and bad experiences here but, I feel comfortable letting them know when I am dissatisfied and they have always redeemed themselves.

Definitely not the best taco truck I’ve been to, but not the worst. The cleanliness of this place isn’t the best either though. I ordered the #1, which consisted of 4 asada(steak) tacos. While waiting for my food, I walked back and forth past the truck and noticed inside they had the stove filled with, what appeared to be, really dry and old steak. I thought to myself, «I hope that’s not the steak they’re using for my taco.» It probably was. It lacked flavor. Well, that was the weird part — one taco would taste okay and the other would lack flavor. Nothing a little hot sauce couldn’t fix, but they definitely weren’t made fresh. I’ll stick to White Center.

I used to frequent this taco truck so much in high school. I’d hop off the school bus, get in line for a quesadilla/tacos, and go home and eat. And this process would repeat itself several times a week, it was addicting!!! Yes, the food still fulfills my Mexican cravings. And yes, it’s awesome that they are open late. But there are just way too many cons to give it any rating higher than a 2… I really tried to give my beloved taco truck a higher rating, but I just couldn’t bring myself to it. –Inconsistency: in portions, and prices. I have been slowly seeing a discrepancy in my rice to meat to bean ratio… and it’s not pretty. I have been coming here for years, you can’t trick me and expect me not to notice I’m being charged extra. I understand prices can go up, but why not give a courtesy warning to regulars. –Miscommunication: I’d like to be more understanding and forgiving when it comes to getting an order back that isn’t quite right but it’s occurred one too many times. –Finding stuff/dead things in food I really wish that this place can turn it around. I don’t mean to turn people away, their tacos and steak burritos with sour cream is soooo yummy. Because even after all these cons and finding a fly in my carrots, I do expect to return here even if it’s with a little hesitation(don’t judge me). It’s a love/hate thing.

um… sorry to burst everyones bubble, but we did not like the tacos here at all. I have the tripa tacos and they were so gross not well seasoned and it tasted like greasy greasy meat in a bad way. I ordered SPECIFICALLYLOUDANDCLEARLYANDSHEREPEATEDMYORDERANDMYMEXICANHUSBANDHEARDMELOUDANDCLEARLYANDHERREPEATMYORDERCLEARLY that I wanted A COLDCOCTELDECAMARONES… but nope I got a hope bowl of soup. and I didnt want to make a fuss and say something because I dont know what they would do to the cold one… anyway didnt enjoy that one. my tripa tacos were not good at all, I just remember not enjoying my meal and wanting to throw up. We took our food home so thats why I didnt bother to bring it back… Also another thing it took a while for our order too, about 20+ minutes. We also tipped them too… I regret coming here. Never again. I miss texas mexican tacos… =’(

It’s always a treat when this taco truck is parked in my neighborhood, Capitol Hill. I should try to find out their schedule. In any case, I’ve eaten here twice lately. It’s like 4 or 5 bucks for a huge, delicious, homemade burrito, complete with dueling salsas and some pickled veggies. How can you go wrong? Also they take credit cards.

This taco truck(Taqueria Los Potrillos #3) has recently been parked outside the Shell station on Pine in Capitol Hill, where the hot dog truck once was. They make delicious $ 5 flour tortilla burritos. The chicken was good although I prefer the vegetarian, which is stuffed with rice, beans, veggies, and jalapenos. Very flavorful and a lot of food(fast!) for a great price. They also sell Squirt, which is delicious.

This is my favorite taco truck. I remember always going here to grab a couple of carne asada tacos before heading to Aki to tutor. Tacos are super quick. Maybe a couple of minutes and I’m on my way. Well seasoned, grilled onions, pickled vegetables, and the sauce. The works! Thinking about heading there again just to get my taco fix.

My first Seattle taco truck experience and it was all good. Tacos/tortas/rice/beans/relish/sauces-YUM. Fat and happy for under 11 bucks. Now that is awesome! Just for the record, I was sharing all that food… :)

Well, this taco truck aint easy on the eyes, but then again don’t judge a place by its outside exterior, no matter what year and make of the truck. As always, this place proves again that a hole in the wall place can sometimes be the best around your neighborhood. This is my first time getting food from a Taco Truck, and while I was hesistant at first, there are people always waiting outside for their food, so I had to give it a try and lo and behold, I loved it. I did not get sick, like other reviewers experienced. I ate all of it, and then seriously, the next day went back for more. I got the street tacos with Carne Asada and with Pollo Asada which is spicy, BOTH delicious. It’s $ 4.95 for 4 of ‘em. Beans and rice are only $ 3.

Best taco truck in Rainier Valley. I would crawl inside a carnitas torta and take a nap if I could; those things are like a hug for the inside of your belly. I’m really sad that Los Potrillos is a truck that does not actually deliver tacos. It’s like that one Howard Jones song.

I went here around 11pm because the Taco Bus in Columbia City was closed and we were fiendin for a taste from South of the border. Ordered a beef tongue burrito to-go and there was about a three minute wait while I soaked in the sights and sounds of Rainier Ave(flashing lights, so drive slow homie) and I was good to go. Got home(word, I didn’t feel like hot boxing in the make-shift tent/eating area) and snapped into a tightly wrapped burrito with nicely-sized chunks of super moist lengua and t’was delightful. The burrito was accompanied by a handful of pickled radishes and carrots, both providing a nice sour contrast, and two tiny containers of red and green salsa. If you dine there, your order comes with a nice fried onion as well. In summary, this was probably the best burrito de lengua($ 4) I’ve had in Seattle, plus they’re open till 11pm unlike the Taco Bus. If you dig lengua(my friend’s carnitas burrito was on the dry side), give it a try sometime and it’ll enhance your tastebuds.

Just recently stopped in at this taco truck since I don’t usually travel down this portion of Rainier or Graham. Convenient if I’m hungry and need gas since a 76 station is right there. I found the chicken burrito to be hearty, my red sauce had some serious HEAT(and spice) nice!, and my green sauce was flavor-full. I’ve seen a lot of their fare being handed out the window but I’ve stuck with the chicken burrito so far. I’ll give the tacos a try next time. Cannot eat inside the truck and on hot days the parking lot pavement emits hell-grade hot. How they work in that truck when it’s anywhere over 80 degrees outside I don’t know.

You can find me here at least once a week; all sweaty and disheveled in runnies — with a cigarette hanging out of my mouth. Yes. I run 5 or 6 miles, then I come here and buy a single at the 76 Station this one is attached to, smoke it while I wait for my order, and then scarf down 10 or 20 Al Pastor tacos in the parking lot before going home with a couple more for the kid. It all evens out.

When I was dying with the flu and should not have been out driving I was, I had things to do besides dying and laying on my couch watching trashy TV. It was out running and errand and it almost time for my drugs but I needed some food to take with them, I see a taco truck and think perfect I’m stopping I don’t care that it’s dirty looking there’s a line 6 people deep so it has to be good right? I pull into the 76 gas station parking lot and find the last spot. I walk over to the truck, get in line behind 5 Hispanic boys; all were speaking Spanish to each other and when they order. I think OHBOY this is going to be good. I get to the window and see a sign on construction paper that said the special of the day was a jamon torta, OMG that is my most favorite torta of them all, seriously, it was a sign on a sign. I order that jamon torta and one spicy pork taco for good measure, $ 5.00. I wait with the Hispanic boys and realize I am the only gringa there; boy did I pick the right taco truck to try for the first time. While waiting I notice they have a ‘dinning’ room, ok it’s just a tarp-ish tent with tables in it set up for patrons to eat and that thing was full of more Hispanic boys(and no Michael O they were not Mitzie ones). I’m seriously feeling like I’m down in San Ysidro for a second or maybe it was just that the flu had me hallucinating or something who knows. I wait some more the truck is small and I had six people ahead of me, they finally received their food and I know I’m next, my food is finally ready, I grab my bag and head home with it. It’s smelling up my car but in a good way. Once home I rip open the bad boy and attack my torta. First off it was sliced ham not a thick piece of ham like I’m use to but it was tasty and pretty good for a Seattle torta. My only complaint was by the time I got home the bread was super soggy; I didn’t care for the soggy torta bread. Anyways, I ate half the torta, all the tasty not so hot, hot carrots, my not so spicy spicy pork taco and I tried both salsas the red was better than the green, I was stuffed. Over all it was good and I’ll no longer be hesitant the next time I see a taco truck to stop and grab a bite to eat.
