I had a small emergency and my attempt to fix had a plumber come out who accidentally burst an interior pipe that slowly leaked (well quickly leaked but hidden). So Sunday my basement bath floor and hall suddenly felt like a sinking ship and my OCD kicked right in. A called Crescent late at night and left a message. I guess Monday they have a company meeting where my flood became top priority, been busy I get a phone call I cant take and its them, its 735 and I have Richard the service manager and an employee already driving to my house. They performed all the mitigation, secured my basement, took the trash, had a super clean up. It was fantastic. Here is where they go above and beyond, the Plumber is already scheduled, I get home the plumbing is fixed. Richard asks for my insurance agents number and now he is handling all the mitigation side with them. To be honest it felt seamless. My floors fixed, my sanctuary is that once more. Give these guys a call, great communication, above and beyond in the experience area, and not just in building but providing an experience for the entire process that in my opinion in well, just incredible.

Okay I don’t know what the deal is with this company. The reviews look great, but if you dig deeper into it all the people below have 1 – 2 friends, are missing a profile pic, or works for the company.
Here’s my personal experience with this company. They were hired to complete a window installation project at the beginning of August. What was originally supposed to be a 10-​day project turned into over a two-​week fiasco! Then after the brand new window was installed, there was a faulty piece that required the company to order a new part. Worst part was, the workers left a mess! Not only did they disrespect another person’s property, their workmanship was appalling.
Now almost two months after the start of the project, the window still does not work properly. In fact, the workers came back to repaint portions of the wall and, again, they left the place a complete mess! And we are still awaiting another part for the window.
Gosh never thought I’d have to vent against a building company! Definitely my first! if the office wasn’t so far I would have gladly marched in and gave them a piece of my mind… guess ill just have a word with the workers. Am filing a complaint and bringing this up the chain.

Professional. Prompt. Honest.
On schedule. On budget.
When was the last time you heard someone use those words about their contractor? In my experience with Crescent Builds, Todd and crew lived up those descriptions, and then some. From the minute I saw their bid on my bathroom remodel, I knew they were a cut above. The detail on the estimate was very precise, unlike the usual «Should cost around this much» bids I’ve received in the past that always end up blowing out the budget. The subcontractors arrived on time (which is rare), and completed the work on schedule (rarer still).
Being a remodel, we expected a few hiccups to appear, such as rotten studs behind the walls, or mold, etc., but I was really impressed that Todd didn’t use those items as an opportunity to gouge. Instead, he quickly responded to any issues that came up so that the timeline wasn’t thrown off much at all. He has an eagle eye, too, for catching the little things that can cost $$$ down the line, and addressing them as preventative maintenance (all with authorization, of course).
Finally, their front office was a pleasure to deal with. The invoicing is very detailed, and either Kat or Todd are are willing to walk through the process with you, if necessary. Overall, I am extremely happy with the work Crescent put into the place, and I have a beautiful new bathroom to show for it! Look no further than these guys for a quality, professional contractor.

Crescent Builds is a great company. They are honest and get the job done when they say they will. It is really hard to find a reliable contractor that pays attention to the small details which they do. I highly recommend Crescent Builds for all your remodeling needs!
