I rented here and had a year lease. Honestly wish I did not have to move because how amazing it was. Lisa Tittle is an amazing, g manager and made me always feel at home whenever i saw her. Getting into the place was super easy and cheap. The apartment itself was a two bedroom one bath and more space than I could ever want with two balconies.
Parking was a good and secure however a bit tight. They let me keep my boat in my parking spot so the management was very nice about that.
After movng out I promptly got my deposit back in the right time as well as with no hassle.
I would very much recommend renting from here.

Greg Goodwin is a scumbag. Don’t ever try to rent from him and Civetta properties. The prices will lure you in but beware. At the end of my lease I tried to renew it and CIvetta took their sweet time and with less than 7 days til the end of my lease they told me to move out for no apparent reason. They will also hijack your deposit if they see even a speck of stain.

I also wish I can give ZERO stars (or negative stars) to this company. My roommate and I had a 1 year lease and we had problems with the manager the entire time. He was very unreasonable and never gave us answers to our questions. It was the worst leasing experience I have ever had, and I could not wait to get off the lease.
First off: I needed to get out of my lease, and found a responsible person to sublease. This guy applied and they denied him for no reason, they would not tell him why he was denied.
Then when my roommate wanted to extend the lease on his own, at the end of year 1, they did a walk through and everything checked out fine, but then denied him for no reason. They would not disclose why. We feel the management is prejudice and discriminatory.
We never missed payments, and rarely were even at our apartment because we have busy schedules.

Wish I could leave 0 stars for this company… they charged me on move out for damage they did repairing something on the sink. Extremely unreasonable. Will be taking them to small claims court, but what a pain!
The building I rented in (on Phinney Ridge) is dirty, and the walls are really thin. Great neighborhood to be in, but just not in that building!
