After really struggling with our past contractor in terms of communication & timeliness, I was thrilled to meet Eric. We were acting as our own designers in the remodel of our 1923 home which had come to a standstill. We were then referred to Eric, who grasped our vision and «made it happen», even exceeding our imagination. Eric is a great communicator, listener, and artisan. He has a talented team and network of craftsmen that made our vision a reality, kept to our budget and schedule and has followed up even after the project was complete. We recommend Eric without reservation and wholeheartedly I can say, his portion of our remodel is my favorite part of our home. Much thanks and kudos to Chardoul Sutter Construction.

I highly recommend Eric and his company Chardoul Sutter Construction. Last year they turned a horrible space in my basement into this wonderful office. New electrical, track lighting, this great stained concrete floor that reminds me of an ocean bed and creative coloring for the walls. And, since I couldn’t find the type of desk I wanted Eric made me one — actually three — very chic, plus air-​brushed my filing cabinets an eggplant color — none of that nasty taupe in my new office. Found distressed wood to frame one of my walls. Such a conscientious team — the likes I hadn’t dealt with before. Very neat, extremely ethical, timely — great suggestions — good people. I enjoyed having them around:) As a matter of fact I have contacted them to do my kitchen this spring. Just meeting Eric made me feel confident that I had picked the right team and the work really exceeded my vision and expectation.

Chardoul Sutter Construction was happy to take on the small job of installing a fan in my utility room and discussed the project with me thoroughly before the project began. They were very clean, efficient and detail oriented. I will be calling them for our larger jobs that are coming up.
