There’s something about a two story coffee shop that I’m totally for. Atmosphere: I’m here to do a little studying and I like the second story because everyone is quiet and focused. And people who are here to socialize and have conversation seem to stay downstairs. Although I’m sure this isn’t an everyday thing, it worked out in my favor today. The lighting in here was mediocre and much more optimal for computer work and not general reading. They seem to be very reliant on natural lighting. Also, lots of Beatles playing. I’m for it. Parking: Ample street parking around the neighborhood. Coffee: art happened on my latte. It tasted alright. Not mind blown, but still satisfied.

I didn’t have the coffee, so I can’t rate this place on that, but I did have a chai tea latte and my experience with the barista wasn’t the greatest. They weren’t particular rude, but they were definitely ‘I don’t really care, I’m better than you’ attitude. Whatever, if you have good drinks, that’s fine. The price seemed pretty average to me, but when I asked if the chai was spicy, I was told yes — I love spicy chai and is the exact reason I asked. Unfortunately, what I had was steamed milk. It was literally steamed milk with no flavour. If there was, it wasn’t spicy for sure. I can’t really drink milk without it making my stomach hurt, but I was willing to deal with it since I —really— wanted a good chai. That being said, this chai… well, Starbucks compared to this is amazing, and that stuff is pretty gosh darn mediocre. I want to try the place again for actual coffee next time since the actual building is nice with a second floor and dim lights and a cute atmosphere, but I’m really disappointed about the chai :(

The coffee is truly excellent here. The baristas are friendly and pay attention to each customer as they order and are always polite and funny. They take their time making the coffee to do it right. The limited food items are tasty. The interior design of the space is one of my favorite parts of visiting– they paid attention to every detail and it is very well done. Fiorè is a great place to enjoy delicious espresso!

One of the best places to stop in West Seattle for coffee. Great staff. Great atmosphere. If you are in the Admiral district and are looking for coffee, this is your place.

Nice work space on the second floor. Groovy vibes. Delicious coffee. Free Wi-Fi. Definitely a nice place to come work and get a great cup of joe. Come check it out for yourself!!! I’ve been here for 4 hours. Maybe it’s time for me to leave?

Wow Fiore, this was a super find. A laid-back but not grungy place to relax, grab a cold or hot drink, and study upstairs. Stools and counters overlook the lower level, and dark wooden tables border the bookcases in the back. Their are wooden lawn chairs outside for the sun-baskers. I discovered a new fave drink, the Macha Green Tea Latte w/almond milk, snacked on an espresso/chocolate chip biscotti, and chilled to the warming tunes of Mutemath and Tame Impala. I enjoyed the orange glassed light fixtures and tall windows that allowed the perfect amount of natural light past the large trees outside. Will be returning and will highly-recommend for quiet breaks from Alki beach and California Ave shopping.

Great ambiance with friendly staff. You’ll find lots of locals her including runners, mom’s with their strollers, and couples stopping by during their stroll. That being said, I find the coffee here a bit too bitter for a straight drink like an Americano but perfect for an almond milk cappuccino. Really enjoy the savory pies as well.

I love this place. I needed to escape my house and get some work done and chose this café due to the great reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. The London Fog was delicious, they have yummy baked goods from High 5 Pie, and the staff is pretty much the best. The best part was that it really felt like a local shop with the baristas getting people their«regular» and saying hi to all the pups. It just put me in a great mood and I will be back!

Wait… Whats wrong with me? I haven’t reviews this Fiore? My brief stint in West Seattle brought me to this Café Fiore fairly often. Like the other Fiore locations, the products are organic whenever possible, and the pastries from local bakeries. This location has a really sweet upper loft that I spent too much time lounging in, reading through copies of The Stranger or sticking my nose in a bad sci-fi book. I wouldn’t come in a large group, as the space is more friendly to individuals or pairs. It also slows up a bit during the weekends, as the entry is a touch awkward for those in line versus exiting.

Caffe Fiore is a little ways out of my way but very worth it especially if I want a good cup of coffee. Not only is the coffee organic but the taste is smooth and my body agrees. I always order an americano 1 shot with cocoa LOVEIT! So far so good as i continue to compare coffee houses this is definitely one of the better

Damn fine cup of coffee! The staff was very friendly. Loved the décor and upstairs cozy atmosphere with the huge chandelier! Definitely a great place to have a date for some coffee before perhaps going to Alki :)

We buy the whole espresso beans for our home espresso maker. These beans make a great cup of coffee! Not bitter, not burned. Very smooth and velvety taste. We love the atmosphere, location, indoor and outdoor seating, the baristas, and the line is never too long.

Not a coffee fiend but the iced mocha was good. Cool look and feel of a loft style café, wifi worked well if I remember correctly, was a quiet productive space. Came here for a business meeting but would consider coming back if I was in the area. Good first impressions. I wouldn’t come here with a large group, when I came on a weekday afternoon around 4PM there was a small table open but the whole café probably only seats about 20. Easy street parking on the north end of Admiral Way.

Love the look and feel of this place! So nice! Upstairs barely feels like a coffee shop and more like a library(in a good way!) It just feels relaxed and chill and you don’t feel rushed to get out. The drinks are great too, u don’t drink coffee but I often get a hot cocoa or a London fog, and very occasionally a Italian soda(pictured). The Italian soda was awesome and looked good in the little mason jar! Will definitely be coming back!

I’ve had the same experience as Gary S. described. I never buy coffee here, or anywhere really. I come to Café Fiore for the amazing espresso beans they sell. I’m 100% satisfied with that product. I also like the building that they are in, and how it’s appointed. When it comes to the employees though, totally different story. There is no sense of consideration or urgency ATALL. I have stood at the counter while they prepare the coffee order of the person in front of me, which is to be expected. But as they wait for the automated part of that task, they will casually chat with the customer, or one another, and not ask«will there be anything else for you other than the beans». Which is the considerate thing to do, but has never been done the 30+ times I’ve bought beans there. I’ve waited to simply be rung up, which only takes 10 seconds, anywhere from a minute to 15 minutes, with only one person ahead of me and«down time» that happens when multi-tasking should be happening. There is a resounding sense of «I’ll get to you when I get to you».

Hits on all fronts. Great atmosphere, great lighting, good character, right kind of coffee shop music, good Wi-Fi, good coffee with unique options, friendly service. The mezzanine is a nice feature. Well done.

I get a latte to go several times a week, and on the weekends am here several hours to catch up on writing. The Fiore team knows their regulars by name(and drink/pastry) and are great at making everyone feel happy and comfortable. The drinks? Great organic beans and they are willing to cater and adjust the drink to your specific requests. The upstairs is a little quieter if you can snag a table. It can be hard to find a good space on Fridays and Saturday mornings.

Warm and cozy is a word to best describe this nook of coffee aroma and fresh baked pastries. The tree house set-up is completely conducive for a quick cup to go or a place to sit and stay. Above all — the staff is patient, kind, and friendly. I mean I am aware Seattle is known for its coffee shops, but this spot was more than just that. It’s as if the to Swiss Family Robinson’s make shift cast away home was re-purposed to host the best, soothing coffee that Seattle is known for.

A lovely weekend morning and a wonderful space. I had me a great latte and warm potato dill pocket/empanada thing upstairs. I chilled on a front chair before leaving, as well, soaking in the soon-to-fade shade and breeze. Note: You risk a big family and kids spontaneously showing up, being loud and blaring videos on their gadgets… it was all nice and peaceful, too… «Jeez. Ugh. Gosh.» –name that reference.

Can I just say– by a large margin this is the most welcoming location of the Fiore family. Every one of the staff deserves to be noted for their incredible attentiveness and high levels of customer service. The BEST of the admiral hood. I wish it opened an hour earlier, but that’s the only thing I can say about it negatively! They’ve gotten me addicted to soy lattes, and I love getting the pesto bagel, or toast with peanut butter and slaving away over my laptop upstairs. I’ve just moved back to San Francisco, and I MISSTHISPLACESOMUCHALREADY! Great ambiance, baristas/baristers(sp?whats the word for this?), and just general positive energy. I studied for prerequisites, the GRE, the MAT, filled out my grad applications, opened my grad applications, and read my acceptance letter to go to grad school here! This place has meant so much to me since it opened, I hope everyone has a chance to enjoy it :)
